She helped me prioritize areas that needed a bit more TLC, and suggested healing scents for my aromatherapy when I was pretty clueless as to what to mix (lavender and eucalyptus, try it) Even before I went to the table, I texted all my friends that we should all come here. She has an expert hand and was not defeated by my knots. I was so well taken care of and never once felt uncomfortable or unable to express myself. She also frequently checked in on me, responded in a nonjudgmental way to feedback and though she was firm (which I wanted), I still fell asleep! Then she uses the bathroom in the middle of my massage and flushes and walks straight out, no washing, no purell. It's disgusting. The massage was awful. Barely any pressure and basically just rubbing up and down my foot and leg. Should be shut down.

So when I showed up I realized that Annie wasn't in. Another woman was there. I am assuming she is the new owner, and she was incredibly rude. She literally pushed me into the massage room and when I asked to use the restroom first she was very irritated. I then went back to the massage room. She came in and asked me to pay first. So no problem I gave her my card to pay. She then asked what tip I was adding. I said $15 which was over 20% on a $70 massage. She gave me back my card and said that wasn't enough. She wanted $25. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip.This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. I then asked for her name one last time and told her I have never been treated like this before. She refused to give me her name. She then started physically pushing me towards the front door. I'm blown away! She should not be in business. If by some chance Annie is still the owner and this woman works for her I hope that Annie sees this review and fires her ASAP! Worst customer service experience of my life!

Then as others have mentioned the discussion about tip starts, she basically wanted the same amount again before continuing the massage!
