The whole experience made me very uncomfortable. Opened the door and there's a locked door at the entrance. I was asked to pay upfront, the price didn't make sense, i was asked if i wanted to take my clothes off, and it was a pretty terrible massage. I received a massage here. They are unsanitary; I'm too embarrassed to explain. Anyway, after getting my massage, I was prepared to tip and they were not happy with a 20 percent tip. So, THEY PROCEEDED TO HUSTLE ME AT THE REGISTER, Telling me how much work my massage was and how long they worked. I don't know what kind of activity is going on in here but I suspect the police will close them down shortly; it's only a matter of time, I'm sure. This is a REAL REVIEW. Stay out of here. read more

Went for a couples massage and felt very uncomfortable. They don't cover you with a sheet, they cover you with towels that barely even cover you. On top of that, it wasn't relaxing. I've never had a massage to Taylor Swifts shake it off before this day. My person was chewing gum the whole time so all I heard was her chewing in between the questionable song choices. The person that worked on my husband took a call in the middle of the massage and walked out without saying anything. She even got up on the table and walked on him! The massage itself wasn't great either. We even question if they are licensed because there was no technique whatsoever. We have had MULTIPLE massages in our lives and one of the best was from the previous owner. Unfortunate they are no longer there. We won't be back. read more

I purchase a Groupon for a couples massage for me a my boyfriend. It was our first time going to this spa in particular but we have gone to several other places before. We don't have any complaints about the massage itself or the cleanliness of the room. We appreciate that they got us in so fast. I called Thursday afternoon and they got us in for a Friday morning appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone going for the first time as they don't take any information. They didn't even take my name and phone number upon scheduling appointment. There was no question of gender preference nor any paperwork to complete when we arrived to specify what we like, don't like, any places we want focused on, or injuries/pain. We got there, they brought us to the room and just told us to go in and shut the door and walked out. We didn't know whether they were ready for us to get undressed or if they were coming back, it was alittle uncomfortable as every other place we went to introduced themselves and reviewed with us what we were looking for before instructing us that they would leave the room so we can prepare. Here we just got dropped in the room with no instruction. Luckily, we were the only ones there because while we lay naked on the bed with only half our bottoms covered they would open the door and walk out of the room for the hot towels and stones. Overall, it was a good experience just not personalized and probably not the best place for a first timer. read more

I received a Groupon for this place for a 60 minute Swedish massage so I gave it a go.... it felt like she did nothing but dig her knuckles into my back, so harshly I'm covered in bruises and it left me with such a bad back & neck spasm I was almost in tears. They cover you with a thin sheet that you can see right through. And then greet you at the end with water in a paper cup.. Compared to other spas I've been to, this is by far the cheap way out and I'll never go back. No massage should bruise you and leave you in pain read more

I went here because of a good deal on groupon. They dont have you fill out any paperwork, which made me skeptical. The pressure was way too hard, even after asking for less pressure. Then halfway through the massage they tear the sheet down exposing your rear end! No warning! I felt like i had had the crap kicked out of me at the end. Then they harassed us for a bigger tip. My girlfriend and I tried out Monroe spa after buying a couples massage off of Groupon. This was our first professional massage ever. We were a little confused regarding the location. The Groupon listed their nail spa address. We arrived a little late but they were understanding. The place was very clean and the room we were in was dimly lit with quiet music that put you at ease. We didn't have to wait long before our massage started. The massage itself was great, I was slightly disappointed when my girlfriend got hot rocks and I didn't. I enjoyed the massage but I would have liked it if the masseuses were not talking to each other in a different language throughout the massage. It made my girlfriend and I feel a little awkward and it was hard to relax. Overall I would recommend this spa to a friend and will return in the future. read more

I found out that the proprietors of Massage Mend Me in Brookfield opened a second spa (Seoul Spa) closer to my home and I rushed right over. Seoul spa does not disappoint. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant and the massage is absolutely excellent. If you want deep tissue delivered by competent therapists and great customer service, I highly recommend visiting this spa. read more

I have a Living Social Coupon for a massage. I called on a Monday and made an appointment, but when I told them I had a coupon, they said they don't take coupons on Mondays. Hmmmm. I called a few days later (Thursday) and told them I had a coupon and would like to make an appointment for that afternoon. They confirmed I had the coupon and made the appointment. I presented them my coupon upon arriving and they took it. After the massage was done, they told me only the owner could take the coupon and made me pay full price. Seems like this is a scam. Nice lighting and background music in the room. The masseuse was good, but they were planning on giving me a male until I specifically requested a female. Easy to make an appt the next day. When I got there, they never had me fill out any paperwork, they didn't even ask for my name! Didn't ask if I had any allergies, problems with my body, etc., which I feel is important info. The room was chilly, bed wasn't warmed, and there was only a light sheet on the bed. The hot stones and warm towel were nice but only used very briefly. She used coconut oil on my body (there was a big tub of it in the room) which seemed like a pretty cheap option. another downfall was she keep leaving the room to get the towel and stones. Overall, the lady was nice and I am happy I went because I got it cheap on Groupon. Probably Wouldn't return though. read more
