We don't have any complaints about the massage itself or the cleanliness of the room. We appreciate that they got us in so fast. I called Thursday afternoon and they got us in for a Friday morning appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone going for the first time as they don't take any information. They didn't even take my name and phone number upon scheduling appointment. There was no question of gender preference nor any paperwork to complete when we arrived to specify what we like, don't like, any places we want focused on, or injuries/pain. We got there, they brought us to the room and just told us to go in and shut the door and walked out. We didn't know whether they were ready for us to get undressed or if they were coming back, it was alittle uncomfortable as every other place we went to introduced themselves and reviewed with us what we were looking for before instructing us that they would leave the room so we can prepare. Here we just got dropped in the room with no instruction. Luckily, we were the only ones there because while we lay naked on the bed with only half our bottoms covered they would open the door and walk out of the room for the hot towels and stones. Overall, it was a good experience just not personalized and probably not the best place for a first timer.

She proceeded to start the massage and she concentrated on my shoulder. She mentioned the massage may not be pleasurable but by the time we finish my shoulder would feel better. She walked me through the whole procedure making sure I was not experiencing any pain but by the time she finished my range of motion was tremendously increased. I can't believe how good I feel. My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation.
