On day seven the edges started to lift on 8 out of ten nails. For $51 (gel mani and a pedicure) I expect more. Instruments are cleaned. After each client the technicians spray with a cleaner and then put them in an oven-like looking contraption with uv lights. The gel mani was good, not great. The pedicure ok. It's a mall, so it's what was excepted. The real surprise of the day was the Body Spa Massage. It beat the Hadley Elements spa (not Amherst) by miles!

Not sure I'll continue, since the last one left me with cuts on the back of my heel and leg from the tech not paying attention while using the pumice stone. My toes also have polish on them, not just the nail. Sloppy job, and I'm disappointed. 10/15/2011 I keep going back to Fancy Nails because they offer great service, and are less than the other nail salons in the area. Ask for Dee. She does great shellac nails (mine lasted over 2 weeks with only one small chip on a corner), and she also uses a Dremel to file away calluses on heels and feet for pedicures.
