Mixed Experience - Great Massage, But Pricing Was Misleading I made an appointment over the phone and spoke directly with the owner Sonja. I asked how much a 2-hour massage would cost, and she told me $120. She was very friendly and accommodating with the time slot I requested. On the day of the appointment, her sister Lisa was assigned to do the massage. Lisa did an excellent job--the massage itself was relaxing and professional. However, when it came time to pay, I was told the cost was $160, not the $120 I had been quoted. I explained that I had spoken with the owner, but Lisa said, "Oh no, you had a 2-hour deep tissue massage--that's $160." I was surprised by the $40 difference, especially since I had only brought $190 with me. I ended up giving a $30 tip and left, but I felt misled. I even took a photo of their posted prices: 30 min - $50 60 min - $80 90 min - $110 Based on that pricing structure, a 120-minute massage should logically be around $140, not $160. This inconsistency is the reason I'm writing this review. I've referred this place to many people because of the quality of the massages, but this experience has made me lose trust. I will never go back! I hope they clarify their pricing and ensure better communication moving forward. read more

I just had the best massage. This is a small mom and pop business. It's not the in the best neighborhood and it's not the fanciest place but it's clean and welcoming. I got the 1 hr foot and 1/2 hr back cash special. They went above and beyond and did head to toe. I came here for 4 time getting my foot massage, the last time I saw they got coupon on Groupon , so I buy the coupon for $28 dollar, I bring it in to get my foot massage , the owner tell me not to buy it cause when I buy at Groupon they get no money , they tell me coupon is for new customer only , so I tell them u guy should take it down instead or write for new customer only , so they not happy about that. when I done with my service, I was waiting for my ride, I hold $15 in my hand to give tip when I leave , I'm still in the salon , the wife was telling me "remember to give him tip" and I ask her are u guy family , she said yes and I ask her is that your husband? She said yes. first of all I wasn't happy about the way they tell me I can't buy coupon on the website , then don't sell out coupon, second of all u can't tell me if I have to give tip I been there before I alway give tip at least $10 to $20. Not happy with their attitude, also I dont think they all got license only one person that got license , also didn't see they change to bottom blanket , only the towel on top. Not sanitary . purchased groupon for 30 minute foot reflex and also added a 1 hour deep tissue massage so a total of 90 minutes. both were really good, everything is clean and sanitary. they really know where the tighten knots were in my shoulder and around neck. they have a timer so even if you came in at 1:05PM for your 1:00PM appointment, the overall time starts when they start the massage which is great esp for me because i was new to the place and ran a bit late. i would def come back here, this place is going to be my regular, foot reflex is only 25$ for 30 min. read more
