I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. I have been privileged enough to have my fair share of massages and I would say for the quality they provide you here, the cost is fair. A dollar an hour was a standard rate before the pandemic and unfortunately everything is about 50% higher including massage. Personally, the massage I got today felt like it should have been $120 an hour because of how knowledgeable and thorough she was. I hesitate to say her name because I want to gatekeep her, but that's not fair for others who also need work done. Cat was a massage teacher and it is telling. My shoulders and neck have never felt so free from pain. I thought it would always be chronic, but her isometric stretches along with her massage (a CBD pain reliefer) really did the trick. Anyway, I can't speak for their facials but I know for sure there are some talented massage therapists who work here. They give you the full time you pay for (not like some other places that might start 10 minutes late and have you end 10 mins early). I would definitely recommend them over any place in Fresno, especially if you are considering a higher paying place like La Peau. My wife mentioned a sun spot on my face had gotten bigger and suggested I get it checked out. Instead of going to just a dermatologist, I went right to the source and went to the Skin and Cancer institute of Fresno to checked out. I had a biopsy done and the spot tested positive for squamous cell carcinoma, a very common form of skin cancer with a high survival rate, but still scary. The office told me a lot of people have this and the survival is in the 95 - 99 percentile, which made me feel better. After a few weeks, I headed back to the spot removed and lucky for me the extra tissue/segment they removed tested negative for carcinoma! I did get three stitches in my face and potentially a cool scar, as my son says. The staff here for the most part was friendly, but a few could a refresh on their bedside manner and be reminded when people hear the word "cancer," it's scary AF! The appointment process was a breeze. They use APPatient, a scheduler app which made the process so easy from beginning to end. I paid, set up prescriptions pickup locations, and received appointments all from the app which was awesome. I have a full body scan set for September! Just a reminder to wear sunscreen and get all moles or weird skin discolorations checked out!
