The gym had what we needed for a great workout. The locker room had great showers, sauna, steamer, and nice robes. We enjoyed the relaxation room for a bit as well. The massages were on point. It was a great way to spend the day.

I received a mani and pedi, my traveling companion received a massage, mani, and pedi. I booked my traveling companion's services weeks in advance. I booked my services once we arrived. I called the day of my services and they were able to accommodate me, which was very appreciated. I wish I was told that I would be receiving an "express mani and pedi" because I felt my services were rushed. The receptionist never explained this to me. My nail tech had to let me know while servicing me. A bit of a disappointment, especially for the price I paid. The staff were all helpful and professional, but whenever I called the spa, my calls ALWAYS went unanswered. I always had to leave a message and wait for it to be returned and this was during regular business hours. Yes, it was always returned, but I just find that method odd and a bit inconvenient. Even when I booked the services weeks out, I had to call, leave a message and someone got back to me. Note to the spa, when customers call, we want to speak to an actual person to ask questions or book an appointment. I can understand the staff being busy sometimes, but each and every time I called? Come on! Although I enjoyed my nail tech's great conversation and bubbly personality, I don't think she did a great job. It was just average. I saw mishaps with both the mani and pedi. Speaking from someone that has frequented several spas in the past, I wasn't impressed with my services. Granted, my traveling companion loved his services, but I can only go by my personal experience. For the amount of money I spent for my services, I could've gotten much better quality at another location in my area, but I was on vacation, so you just roll with the punches. I also didn't like the fact that gratuity is already added to your bill. What if I didn't particularly think that person warranted that amount for their services or what if I wanted to add more to the tip? That practice just seems to be unnecessary. I know how to tip people. All and all, if I were to stay here again, I wouldn't return to this spa for any further services. It's not worth it, for me at least.

Brionna handled our reservation--she was accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely authentic. It was such a pleasant surprise to learn she's from Michigan, near my hometown! Our entire spa experience was absolutely wonderful. The amenities were beautifully appointed, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and jacuzzi. The option to have champagne or mimosas added an extra special touch. The Himalayan Stone Massage was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by Brionna, who truly made the experience memorable--perfectly reflecting the kind of service described in Will Guidara book, Unreasonable Hospitality. A special thank you to Manager Christine and Brionna for making my 55th birthday such an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for relaxation and top-tier hospitality!

I was never given paperwork to fill out, so they had no information about medical conditions, injuries, pressure preferences, or areas I may not have wanted worked on. They also never verbally asked me about any of those things themselves, which immediately felt unprofessional to me. The massage table had a white sheet with a folded blue sheet on top that I had to unfold myself to cover up. When the therapist first left the room, she didn't fully close the door and left it cracked open. I closed it myself, and then about two minutes later she walked back in without knocking while I was naked getting onto the table. There was also a significant language barrier, which normally would not bother me at all, but it became uncomfortable when communication issues affected privacy and the massage itself. At one point she brought another woman into the room to use Google Translate, and the door was left completely open while I was laying there with my leg and glute exposed. I was also repeatedly pressured to purchase a $10 Chinese medicine oil add-on. I politely declined multiple times and explained I just wanted her to continue focusing on my problem areas, but I had to say no several times before they finally stopped asking. The walls are extremely thin, and I could hear conversations from the front desk throughout the massage. My massage therapist was even talking through the wall to a coworker or manager during the session, which made it difficult to fully relax. The massage itself was actually nice, and they were able to get me in quickly when I called to book. However, I asked for specific work on certain problem areas and that request was mostly ignored, likely due to the communication barrier. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, privacy, and the relaxing atmosphere most people expect when booking a massage.
