The hospital set up time for the type of visits for doctors and she always ran overtime. This may not be good for patients who don't want to spend too much time with a doctor. But for baby boomers, we need someone who care us more than we care ourselves. She know my personal medical history and family history better than I do and she catches any problems before they get serious. I know two of her patients, my friends, got treated for cancer at early stages because Dr. Kwok knew something was not right and recommended them to go to the hospital for in-deep examinations. If you are young and healthy, and always rush to do everything, then you are better to stick with someone associated with the doctors under the hospital umbrella. They truly efficient. Dr. Kwok made 3 house calls in 5 days. I became very ill again on day 4. When she came to visit me on the 5th day , she called 911 and sent me to a different hospital which is better, but further from her office. She stayed in ER with me for 6 hours and visited me in the hospital daily for a week. Her dedication and professionalism truly saved my life. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor.

To be honest, when I first walked into her office, I was already looking for an excuse to cancel again. But once I spoke with her, I was really impressed with her knowledge and the way she explained everything, so I decided to keep my appointment. Today was my procedure at Silicon Valley Surgery Center, and I had such a great experience. The facility was clean, calm, and very nice. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful. From the front desk to Barbara, who helped review my paperwork everyone was kind and welcoming. My first nurse, Kay, was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. When she went on break, Nicole took over she was also amazing. I'm not a fan of needles at all, but she did my IV so gently and with so much care. Then Kat, the third nurse, took me to the procedure room she was kind, calm, and very professional. Dr. Michael Block, the anesthesiologist, was excellent. He actually texted me the night before to ask if I wanted to review everything ahead of time or on the day of the procedure, which I really appreciated. We exchanged a few messages, and then he spoke with me again before the procedure and explained everything clearly. He was confident, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. In the procedure room, I fell asleep within seconds and woke up quickly afterward feeling great. Within about 30 minutes, I felt completely fine. I was even able to take calls and respond to emails. And now, about Dr. Hobson ,she is truly a 10 out of 10. Honestly, the entire experience was 10 out of 10. From the office to the surgery center, every single nurse and staff member was exceptional. I called the office three times and still didn't get a response. The front desk staff were also not friendly or supportive, which only added to the frustration. If a doctor doesn't have time to properly care for new patients, they shouldn't take them on just for the sake of additional income. This kind of neglect puts patients at risk, and it's completely unacceptable. I would not recommend her at all.

The doctor doesn't even look at you, always has her head in her laptop. I continue to see her as the toxin issue in my body has caused so many symptoms and no other doctor has ever tried to address the issue, just cover up symptoms. Many of them have improved. When new or old symptoms pop up, she addresses them head on with a treatment plan. I originally saw her at her previous clinic but was seen recently in her "new" location. It's absolutely lovely - warm and inviting just like the doctor and staff! Ok so I hung up and they called me back right away and said the doctor heard about my symptoms and would make time for me the day after tomorrow! Wow. I was more than impressed. Dr. Morcos is VERY thorough, she explains things logically and asks good questions. She listens well and always asks if there's anything more you need from her.
