It is something that only a licensed mechanical engineer can prepare, so finding the right company was critical as we have been burned by an unlicensed architect and an unlicensed structural engineer, but that's for another upcoming review. Anyway, the engineer with whom I spoke to was Carlos Ramirez, and not only was he extremely professional, but extremely focused, and had the work done in about three days, which was four days sooner than he had estimated.
