He said she busy stocking, I can wait in line. He acted like he didn't care either. What happened to great customer service. I guess they forgot CVS is across the street... I used to only go to walgreens because of the service... it's a shame when you can feel the uncomfortableness when you walk in to a business, no smiles, no greeting of good morning. Other pharmacies treat you like a second class citizen and act like they are doing you a favor just to fill your order. I can drop off an order with MS and they will have it in 5 minutes. None of this "20-30 minutes" line you get at other stores where they want you to shop while you are waiting. Also, Ted will paitiently explain about your medicine and answer any questions you have - without a big lecture. Give this place a try! They act like they WANT and appreciate your business.

I've ALWAYS had problems with this location. The latest one is, I called in a medication on Monday…read moreand they said it would be filled by Wednesday. Wednesday, they called and said it would not. They called Thursday and said it was ready and that it needed to be picked up by June 8th or 10th. There are NO refills left on this medication. So, I thought that I would start fresh and transfer the medication to OptumRx on Friday. OptumRx said it would take 7-10 days for transfer. On the following Wednesday I went to pick up the already filled medication at Walgreens. They said there wasn't anything to pick up because they received a transfer request by OptumRx on Monday (June 1st) so Walgreens cancelled the already filled prescription saying that now being transferred, Walgreens doesn't have a valid prescription. For years, this pharmacy location has always had their head up their $ss!! I'm done with them and by the way, I'm out of the mess that they filled and refused to give me. Nice job Walgreens.

She called and told me about it, so I brushed the teeth, put on a baseball cap and headed to my local CVS which is only a mile away. I not only found some good bargains on canned seltzer and Mules, I also got my favorite candy on sale. Yep, they were selling M&M's for Buy One get One 50% off. Booze and chocolate on sale, I'm a happy shopper. I didn't need meds today, but this CVS is my go to for my pharmacy needs. It's the recommended and preferred supplier with my insurance, so I get a very affordable price. From my experience the pharmacy, the store clerks and cashiers have always been helpful and friendly. Having friendly and professional employees makes for a pleasant shopping experience.
