They had to call in another pharmacist, Allison. I didn't mind the wait. Nobody else seemed to either. Allison was amazing. So personable, professional, helpful and just a pleasure to have her give me the shots. And I didn't feel either one. She was great. Recently I called and after waiting 40 minutes, I was told my prescription wasn't called in even though I knew for a fact it was called in the day before. So I called my surgeon's office to be told that yes, I was correct. I called CVS pharmacy DEPT again for another 40 minute hold on line and guess what??? It was there the entire time. They told me they are way behind on everyone's prescriptions (they ALWAYS ARE NOTHING NEW)! They said they would let me know when I could pick it up but it would be at least a 4 1/2 hour wait! They never contacted me. The next day I called them and before I let her talk, i told her when we were done, I wanted to make sure I was given the corporate number, which at the end of the call she gave it to me. (800) SHOP-CVS. After I'm done writing this bad review I'm calling corporate before they run this business into the ground . I can go anywhere else and it's a 10-20 minute wait to get prescriptions filled and they always answer and take care of you immediately. They also said they had recently hired a bunch of people, can you imagine what it was like before that happened? This place doesn't have a clue on how to efficiently run a pharmacy.

Other pharmacies treat you like a second class citizen and act like they are doing you a favor just to fill your order. I can drop off an order with MS and they will have it in 5 minutes. None of this "20-30 minutes" line you get at other stores where they want you to shop while you are waiting. Also, Ted will paitiently explain about your medicine and answer any questions you have - without a big lecture. Give this place a try! They act like they WANT and appreciate your business.

This was the third walgreens I visited because I needed aquaphor. They have a deal going on for a pack of 2 and it's 2/$15 so I wanted to snag that deal. Aquaphor is the ONLY chapstick that works for me. Everything else makes my lips peel or crack and I'm pretty frugal so I wanted to save wherever I could. Unfortunately, I could only find ONE two pack. I was desperate and searching around the store for another one, but to no avail. I ended up going to the cash register and asked her if there was another display that might have more in stock. She asked if I checked the other display by beauty and I did, but nothing. She said unfortunately there was no place else. I gave up, but I told her I understood and it was okay. But she filled me in on what walgreens usually does when they get in more stock and to check back then. When she scanned the item, it didn't display the deal I was referring to so she asked me where I saw it. I pulled out my phone to show her my app and she was like "ohhh, I see." she asked to see my phone to look around and said that when the other pairing of a deal is missing, they will honor half of it. SO GRATEFUL FOR THE INFORMATION! SO GRATEFUL FOR HER! My lips were in so much pain so it seriously made my day! I also had a lot of rewards and ending up owning only $1! What a steal!
