When CVS has a sale, they have a SALE. My BFF is a bargain shopper, and when she finds a good one, she tells me about it. This morning, she found an incredible sale on alcohol at CVS. She called and told me about it, so I brushed the teeth, put on a baseball cap and headed to my local CVS which is only a mile away. I not only found some good bargains on canned seltzer and Mules, I also got my favorite candy on sale. Yep, they were selling M&M's for Buy One get One 50% off. Booze and chocolate on sale, I'm a happy shopper. I didn't need meds today, but this CVS is my go to for my pharmacy needs. It's the recommended and preferred supplier with my insurance, so I get a very affordable price. From my experience the pharmacy, the store clerks and cashiers have always been helpful and friendly. Having friendly and professional employees makes for a pleasant shopping experience. read more

Efficiency and kindness. It seems they do not know they are working with people who are ill or have been or are going through trauma. Somewhere in there , they chose this job but maybe it wasn't what they thought it would be. They should be Stocking shelves but not interacting with people . They have no people skills. I won't be back! read more

WTF - CVS has now reached a new low in 'customer no service'! The local CVS stores will no longer answer the telephone!!! Instead of talking with a real person, we must now leave a message and THEY will call back at their convenience! So their time is now more valuable than the customer??? Rise up and protest!!!! File your complaint at (800) SHOP CVS. And perhaps the BBB, too! read more

CVS use to be my favorite Pharmacy, But......... This is the 4th month that I have tried to get my prescription refilled there and again, they have all sorts of excuses why it is not ready, is late and now; IT CAN'T BE refilled! It can, but they have inserted so much bureaucracy, red tape and confusion into the situation that I will have to personally walk into my doctors office and ask them to call them and get my meds to me. So far it looks like the pharmacy is being run by rejects from the Russian Army logistics department! I will remove this review after those clowns straighten this out. Pete Zimmer read more

Rude and unhelpful. They would not fill my adderall prescription because they said by federal law…read morepaper prescriptions must include a statement that says "cannot be e-prescribed." She texted a screenshot of part of the STOP Act provision as "proof." Not only does the provided screenshot not include the statement [described above] it specifically says that schedule IIC drugs, including ADHD drugs are excluded. When I brought this to her attention she started communicating (via text) by saying only "ok." Completely rude, unhelpful, and ignorant of the law she claims to be enforcing.

This Walgreens is where I go to print those fantastic pictures I take with my iPhone. It is so…read moresimple, I do all my selections on their website, place my order and take note of the time they'll be ready. Once my photos are ready, I get a text message and off I go to pick them up. Typically, it takes just under two hours and I have a new photo in my frame. If I need a new frame for my new photo, I can get that here too. The staff I interact with at the photo department, are always professional.

He said she busy stocking, I can wait in line. He acted like he didn't care either. What happened to great customer service. I guess they forgot CVS is across the street... I used to only go to walgreens because of the service... it's a shame when you can feel the uncomfortableness when you walk in to a business, no smiles, no greeting of good morning. I pray for happiness and change for that store.

Walgreens

I've ALWAYS had problems with this location. The latest one is, I called in a medication on Monday…read moreand they said it would be filled by Wednesday. Wednesday, they called and said it would not. They called Thursday and said it was ready and that it needed to be picked up by June 8th or 10th. There are NO refills left on this medication. So, I thought that I would start fresh and transfer the medication to OptumRx on Friday. OptumRx said it would take 7-10 days for transfer. On the following Wednesday I went to pick up the already filled medication at Walgreens. They said there wasn't anything to pick up because they received a transfer request by OptumRx on Monday (June 1st) so Walgreens cancelled the already filled prescription saying that now being transferred, Walgreens doesn't have a valid prescription. For years, this pharmacy location has always had their head up their $ss!! I'm done with them and by the way, I'm out of the mess that they filled and refused to give me. Nice job Walgreens.

I have a new favorite donut at, Mister Donut. It's the Blueberry Cake. I love Blueberries, but…read morewould have never thought to try this donut. That was until, Ian Frobe the STL food critic sang its praises in a review. The next day after reading the article, I went to experience it for myself. Wow, the donut was moist, soft and cake had a flecks of Blueberries and the flavor was strong, but not overpowering. I immediately feel in love. Now, I change my order up. I'll have some donut holes, then I'll enjoy a Chocolate Long John and the next visit is the Blueberry Cake. The sign above the entry door says, World's Best Coffee. I don't know if I'd go that far to say it's the world's best, but for Donut Shop/Diner coffee it is spot on. I like that they let me bring in my Yeti and they'll fill it up to-go. Save those paper cups. The staff is super friendly. It's a hon and babe, type place, but they still keep it professional.
