We enjoyed several weeks of decent swim lessons there for my kids (ages 4 and 7 at the time) until my son (age 4) got his head shoved underwater WITHOUT warning by a swim instructor. He came up coughing and gasping for air, and we were done immediately. I talked to someone at Goldfish about it and they seemed to "care" and were "sorry." I asked them to remove me from all their contact lists, to never contact me for anything ever. I cancelled our membership in writing that week. The prices were absurd anyway so it's for the best. That was 2 years ago. Since then, Goldfish has called me 6 times. Every time I have asked them to STOP CALLING me. They seem to understand I don't want contacted but this morning I got another phone call asking if I want to have my son's birthday party at Goldfish. ZERO stars. ZERO.

Her primary instructor (Mr. Tylen) is kind and patient and her secondary instructor (Ms. Seanna) is fun and friendly. Both instructors are focused on leveling up her skills and work with her consistently and provide clear instructions. The admin staff has also been great and they are very responsive, especially via text which is so convenient. Staff turnover seems low since we've consistently seen the same instructors/lifeguards/deck supervisors over the past few months.

My daughter was enrolled for a long time, but we took a break when my second daughter was born. We decided to start up again and enrolled both kids. My youngest had no problem adjusting, but my oldest was a bit terrified and cried after her first lesson. I was dreading her second lesson because I really didn't know how it would go. Sure enough, she was crying and didn't want to go through with it. However, the instructors worked their magic, and she completed her lesson with a big smile, saying how much fun she had! I'm so appreciative of the staff for being so accommodating and understanding. I only wish this place were a bit cheaper, but as of now, that won't stop us from attending!

Fitness has been a major Pilar for my success throughout my nearly 20 year Army career. Teaching and fitness are both passions of mine and when I retired from the army, I thought “why not combine the two”? Thus, the business was born. I focus on enforcing proper form and safety throughout our exercises. I teach you how to use multiple pieces of gym equipment that’s required to hit and activate those muscles you forgot were there. The Boot Camp (6weeks) is by far my most popular package I offer. It’s designed to be educational, but will still give you one heck of a workout. My Boot Camp was designed this way to give you the foundation knowledge of how to exercise and use the equipment in the event you chose to retain me or not after completion. I’m confident that you’ll be able to return the gym on your own to continue towards your fitness goals. Also offered is online coaching as an alternative to in-person training. With this option you’ll get video demonstrations for each exercise to ensure you see what “right” looks like. Whether you’re new to the gym, a regular gym rat, or have let fitness fall to the wayside, I have a plan built just for you.
