He came up coughing and gasping for air, and we were done immediately. I talked to someone at Goldfish about it and they seemed to "care" and were "sorry." I asked them to remove me from all their contact lists, to never contact me for anything ever. I cancelled our membership in writing that week. The prices were absurd anyway so it's for the best. That was 2 years ago. Since then, Goldfish has called me 6 times. Every time I have asked them to STOP CALLING me. They seem to understand I don't want contacted but this morning I got another phone call asking if I want to have my son's birthday party at Goldfish. ZERO stars. ZERO.

Upon entering I was greeted by the general manager who gave me a quick tour and told me all about how our lesson would go. There are several dressing rooms, cubbies to keep belongings while in the lesson, disposable wet bags, and a little play area for kids waiting for their turn for a lesson. The pools are separated into lanes based on a child's class level. The entry way/seating area for parents and the pool is separated by glass so parents can watch with ease while not being in the pool area. My child was in the youngest baby class since this was his first lesson and therefore I was required to get into the pool with him. We had a great time and he had a great first lesson. His teacher was kind and kept things moving on a tight schedule, but there was still time to accomplish everything necessary for the lesson. I was impressed by the scheduling and promptness of the lessons so that kids were in and out on time for the next class. During the lesson my child was taught to put a "balloon" in his mouth (hold his breath) and to blow bubbles in the water. He was taught safe ways to enter and exit the pool. Parents were taught various holds that would allow for their child to explore the water in safe ways. Kids were encouraged to begin learning how to float on their backs, how to get to the wall and hold on, and were taught very introductory swimming, by pushing off from the wall with the help of a parent. After the lesson we were able to get out, rinse out in the shower that's right off the pool (soap dispensers have baby shampoo/wash in them), and then make our way to the dressing room to change. My son loved every minute and we are excited to come back! The pool and pool room were very comfortably warm which made getting into the pool easy. Leaving the pool into the changing area was freezing though. Haha! Overall a great experience and so glad to have a swim school closer to home!

Then after we called , the next excuse was that somebody was offering you six months warranty?, you could have asked us for the same warranty, but in reality, I don't think who you bought the laser from is going to be true to the warranty because it's very difficult to warranty a laser unit and not knowing the rest of the physical state of your old QSS32 furthermore the laser will most likely still come from us, I will be paying very close attention, they probably offer you six more warranty just to make the sale. I'm pretty sure of that. We were also considering purchasing the boards for your E6 machine, but at this point that is not gonna happen FYI , We are now one of the very few companies in the country that deal with old equipment , printers, scanners, film, processors, and everything related to photo finishing and actually have inventory in our warehouse and pretty soon will be the only one as two of the other companies are closing. My nephew and I met up with a friend and his 2.5 year old son. Both of them had a blast and could play in almost every area of the trampoline park. My nephew loved diving into the blocks and running down the long trampoline track. He had so much fun for the entire two hours. If you have two kids you can almost monitor both of them at the same time if they are at opposite sides of the park. I appreciated Get Air allowing my brother to enter the park for free if he wasn't going to jump. This allowed him to take pictures of his son. Though I didn't use the massage chairs I think they are excellent for parents who want to do a little self-care. Just a couple of concerns. One parent had a child who was not a toddler who was allowed in with his sibling who was a toddler. That's not a concern until his behavior threatened the safety of my nephew. I had to move my nephew away from the school-age boy whenever he came near because he was not aware of how his actions were affecting the safety of my nephew. Then towards the end of Toddler time with 30 minutes remaining, teenagers we allowed to enter the park. Thankfully they did not threaten the safety of the toddlers as they seemed to stay away from the toddlers. Their are small locker to safely secure belongings. You have to bring your own lock. I like the variety of activities. Obstacle course, basketball, dodgeball area, slides, etc.

When my youngest was little he enjoyed the child watch but he's too big for that now. I do wish they offered more fitness classes but after the pandemic things have been different everywhere so maybe in the future they'll add more.

The price included meals and activities. My got to try archery, shoot BB guns, climb a rock wall, canoe and horse back riding was available for an extra charge. The girls also had time to do arts and crafts. There is a dining all where meals are served. The food was what your would expect to feed a large group. Hamburgers, pasta , waffles. There was fruit and salad available at most meals and milk, coffee, and hot chocolate available. Although the hall did run out of food several times for our group. Eventually more was made but it created some stress for the group. The shower house is old. It did have hot water for showering but if the camp were full I don't see how everyone would get a chance to use. The cabins were clean and warm. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable for the adults to sleep in. They have fans and a few electric outlets. For the price though it was a great experience.

Lacking an effective masking and social distancing policy is disrespectful to those who may wish to continue to use caution during social events. While children are at low risk of complications from COVID, since the gym requires no medical information, they cannot know the health of all of the people who might come into their gym. Other gyms encourage masks, and work to help prevent congested areas, in accordance with national and international recommendations from the medical community. Since NEO Allstarshas decided that they know better than the medical community at large, it seems wise to avoid them. A business that would neglect such basic standards, surely can't provide a safe athletic environment.
