In addition, the staff and manager had abysmal product knowledge and could not answer the simplest of questions, preferring to argue and refusing to offer any help or service. If you are looking for customer service, product knowledge and common courtesy, you should avoid this store and the store manager, who is less than useless.

I like wandering in and knowing I'll be served by a proper salesman/woman, someone who really knows his/her appliances and goes out of their way to get you exactly what you need. Be it a new hairdyer, phone, kettle, fridge or sat nav, these guys have a pretty big range - especially considering they're one of the smaller stores. Then thing I love the most is those four simple words, "What's your best price?" - which sends your salesman scurrying off to a computer and returning with a price that's at least 10% cheaper. Bargain.
