I called every mechanic from junction to Glenwood and nobody could take a look at it for weeks. Ron, however said to stop on by, and that he'd make time to look at it that day. I got bad news: my van inevitably needed extensive work. I hadn't found a mechanic I could trust with my special van- few people new what to do with a dual clutch transmission. But Ron did. Ron was with us every step of the way, through curve balls and setbacks. He was honest, communicative and straightforward to work with. His rates were a fair price. I was on a trip from Los Angeles to Denver when I ran over a very sharp rock somewhere on the I-70…read more(flattening my tire). I had 'Fix-a-Flat' but it was no match for this hole! Not wanting to travel 30 minutes or so back to Grand Junction, I chanced driving 25 min to Rifle... I didn't make it. But was able to get to Parachute, CO and as luck would have it made my way to Valley Auto and Diesel! I thought I would need a new tire..but they said let's see if it can be repaired! They took me right away, did an amazing job patching it (not the plug stuff used for nails and screw holes) and I was back on the road within 15-20min (for less than $20) I felt like I was treated like a local and I truly appreciate the fast, great and professional service!!
