Spoke to Brad over the phone for a couple days before finally taking my car into see him. Unfortunately did not meet him in person but he was very very honest with pricing, the work that needed to get done on my vehicle and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt absolutely no pressure from him. Allan would also be answering the phones and I was able to talk to him a couple times. Both mechanics KNOW THEIR STUFF!! Both do not pressure, are so very welcoming and friendly and most importantly are honest. Allan and my family share a love for the Seahawks as we are all from Washington State "GO HAWKS"!!! I was glad to have met Allan when I came in to pickup my vehicle on March 18th 2026. My husband stated that our vehicle feels better today than it did these last couple of years, which says something great about this company and the people who work here. Honest business, knowledgable mechanics, friendly customer service and so many other pro's I could give this business and its workers. I am very happy that Yelp actually referred me to this place to have my car serviced. Big O Tires was where I initially had my diagnostic checked for my vehicle and they were trying to quote me an outrageous amount of money. Brad stepped in and was confident that he could get it much lower which he kept to his promise, there was one added service my O2 sensor that was not quoted in the initial quote but that's because I was only giving Brad all the information that Big O Tires gave to me and Brad went off of that and gave me a much lower quote. Even with the added service, Master AutoTech was approximately 1200 lower than Big O Tires. I will forever be a customer here. I've used these guys a few times now and hadn't left a review until now until I tested the waters. First time I used them I had the catalytic converter replaced on my Honda Element this spring and it's good but, ended out having issues with a new throttle body I'd had replaced after they cleaned it when they replaced the car converter. They didn't charge me for having to replace it again and it's taken a few visits to resolve the problem but they have remained professional and held their integrity and earned my future business by not disregarding a new pain in the butt customer with a difficult issue! I needed a new catalytic converter and starter, I called a lot of places and they were telling me it was going to be days before I could get in, but this place said bring your car tomorrow and we'll take a look. They told me exactly what I needed (which I knew) and a few other things that would help my SUV run better. Everyone there was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly! I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me or anything like that. It was expensive but I already knew it was going to be. My car was ready that night but I wasn't able to pick it up before they closed and I got it first thing the next morning. Again, everyone was so kind and helpful! Not only were they quick to answer my call and give me a quote on a wheel bearing for my vehicle, but they also fixed my car quickly! The employees are suppppeerrr nice & they didn't try to up sell anything else (which is super rare if you're a woman going to a mechanic. they assume you don't understand how certain things work and try to tell you your car needs additional unnecessary things & they are often super pushy.) I want there not long ago because my break was making a lot of noise. I put a new break a day before but I don't know why it was still making noise. They said I need new pad, rotors, and calipers. And asking over 900 $ for that! I decided to not do it went back home to check what was making a noise. Turn out it was my old break was stuck in the rotor and making noise. What kind of shit is this. The guys who work at the Master Auto Tech know but decided I need the hold shit fix. I just removed that by my self with a stick (a fucking stick) and the noise was gone. Everything work fine and no nothing. I don't recommend them. They are there to scam to people who don't know anything about cars. read more

Dodge vehicles are too complex. This is my personal review on one and last time. Just take your dodge to dodge dealerships. My check engine light was on, code was for oil pressure. It was my oil pump. They told me they checked everything was working well and told me to go to a dodge dealership to get the check engine light cleared. I spent 175 to clear it. That same day driving back it came back on. Annoying. Had to spend an additional 100$ to diagnose the problem. Other times I been here for oil changes, A/C problems, compresor problems, basic stuff and they were good. Nice staff read more

I am NOT impressed with the office manager. If the company really does not need the business why can't I get honesty from him? Is honesty really that illegal? Why did he make it sound like it would be months to get an estimate when I called, then when I made the mistake at coming in he refused to be professional to come in to see what was wrong with my car. I have a pretty urgent car emergency. My car was leaking out nearly all of its oil when I pushed on the gas. I was referred to this Master Muffler and now I know why. well it wasn't bad work I would give a easy 5 for the weld on my flex pipe, but they are charging way to much, I do not recommend going here too do it, the parts I needed they were charging 2,500$ for 500$ in parts, I would say just do it yourself, saves a extra 2,000$ dollars, seems like they look for the most expensive parts they can find, they as well made me pay 960$ for a flex pipe, and a used plastic fuel tank, they didn't even do everything I asked, as I asked for my exhaust leak fixed, (new) fuel tank, and a muffler resonator delete, I would veryy highlyyy never recommend this place to anyone. I'm always so hesitant to go to auto-repair shops due to the anxiety that comes with not knowing much about cars. The repair staff here was so respectful, honest, and quick. My mom's car had been in really bad condition with what we thought was a transmission issue. However, it was actually something with the brake release and they were able to catch that super quick with accurate an accurate diagnosis. I am super thankful for the team and the service we got made us more than content. I would definitely recommend it here! read more

I took my sons first car he bought to get the tail pipe fixed because whoever put it in did a terrible job. They gave me an honest estimate which isn't always the case anymore. Customer service was great and I was very impressed with how honest they were when it came to how long it would take. Ever since the owners retired this place has had terrible customer service. I had my Truck towed here after a conversation over the phone about exactly what I was bringing them, a 1954 Ford fire truck. They refused to work on it saying that it won't fit their lift which means I wasted my time and money. Have to pay to take it somewhere else. The worst part was their nanchalant attitude. Kind of a shrugged shoulders sucks to be you attitude. Avoid this place. read more
