Cleaning crew is  finishing up cleaning my home in  Corona now.  They arrived on time!  Very professional!  They haven't stopped cleaning  since they got here. I am extremely  satisfied  with how fast, wonderful  and efficiently they are working.  The owner easily accommodated me.   I'm having a party this weekend and she was able to schedule me within few days of me calling!  They are wiping blinds, making  bathrooms shine and sparky, my toilets look white again.  I can't seem to find any dust left on furniture, fans or counter tops.  I asked to clean the refrigerator, they took food all out, wiped shelf by shelf and organized it back.  Wow, just wow!  I will be hiring them for my regular service!  Thank you so much guys!  Great job!!! I had my first service this week and it definitely won't be my last. Angie was very nice and she sent Edic over to clean my 1 bedroom apartment in Corona. Edic was a lovely person and she did a great job. I have 2 pets and this was the initial cleaning so there was a good deal of pet fur. Honestly we like to clean ourselves and try to keep everything clean around so it won't be difficult to clean but we were extremely exhausted these days dealing with multiple contractors and moving stuff so we decided to go on yelp and look for somebody who had good reputation and was available for the specific day we wanted . I requested a quote through yelp and Master clean get back to me in timely way and was willing to work around our schedule . To be honest with you our case was very easy since we needed a good clean in our new home which was completely empty just needed some nice deep cleaning after all the construction and repairs . Angie the owner of the business advised us to go with 2 cleaning ladies to make sure everything will be done professionally and in timely manner so we agreed on 2 cleaning ladies for $75 per hour . They do require a deposit of 1 hour over the phone to be able to reserve a spot in their busy schedule . The day before they show up Angie confirmed with me via text message and let me know that only 1 of the ladies will be arriving first and 2nd staff will be following her . To be honest with you I did not like it since I know if you get 2 ladies your cleaning will be done quicker and you will end up paying less but no big deal since at the end Angie fixed everything and we payed what we expected . We were happy with the final result and how Anna and Marisol cleaned everything . Will I be using them again ? sure I would if needed but surely recommend everyone but make sure to hire enough staff to clean everything . read more

Big waste of money! Paid $55 per hour for two people, and after 3 hours realized that they had dusted 4 blinds and cleaned 2 bathrooms only. When I told them that this was ridiculous they started working a bit faster. After 4.5 hours and $220 later I realized what a total waste of money and time, not all cabinets were cleaned and those that were I had to clean over. This was a small single story house and did not even include the vacuuming since I was going to shampoe. Basically my money went down the drain. Angie the owner was of no help! read more

We needed a deep house cleaning before a New Year's Day get together. Angie responded immediately and was able to fit us in to her schedule on short notice. The two ladies that came out were absolutely wonderful and cleaned our 2,752 square foot house from top to bottom. My new home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning before we moved in. I called Master Clean and gave Angie a very specific list of what I wanted cleaned. The crew arrived on time and brought their own supplies. Because I was a last minute add on, two crews completed the job. The upstairs group (Maria and Anai I believe) did a fantastic job. I wasn't expecting my fixtures and tubs to sparkle like they did. The downstairs crew cleaned the filthiest fireplace ever and were able to make stained cabinets white again. Angie showed up in between cleanings to make sure they were completing what I wanted and that they had what they needed. When they were done Angie asked me to do a final walk through and have them correct any missed areas. My toddler wasn't being cooperative so I couldn't do that. Instead I texted Angie later that evening to let her know about some areas that were overlooked. She sent some girls back the following day to correct those areas for me.
