I just messaged them for a quote on deep cleaning, and they told I was getting a deal. I asked how it was a deal because other maid services charge the same in the area. Then he got kind of rude about it, maybe because I called him out on it? And then I asked about window cleaning, which he said was extra. EDIT: ok i kind of ranted here about price of windows but i actually misread the quotes. So id say its fairly close, although they may be more expensive... per window. I thought they said they'd charge me $75 per window! Haha. Anyway, I'm suppose to ask questions because I'm looking for long term service. He never told me what they normally charge for deep cleaning, and he didn't answer my question on their cleaning availability. So I have been using a pretty amazing cleaning crew for the last few years. They were great good at what they do and fast. Unfortunately they weren't available for this cleaning. One year ago our video caught their cleaning crew going through my things after I explicitly told the owner that no one should enter that room. Here are some snapshots from the video. If this woman is in your house she is likely doing the same to you. Btw this was what I caught. No telling what was happening before I put the camera in my closet. While there was no obvious jewelry stolen at the time (which was my main focus) however after cleaning my closets this year there is an expensive jacket missing. I have filed a claim with my insurance and a police report. The owner of this company was very defensive when I first spoke to him about this matter. He didn't believe me until he saw the full video. Andy and team were very reliable and did an amazing deep cleaning. I hired them for a biweekly service.

I wouldn't normally use a cleaning service but I'm 7 months pregnant and can't be enclosed in a small place with no ventilation sniffing in cleaners and it's painful to bend down on my tummy. I also have a 6 month old to tend to and I can't get down and scrub and clean how I would like to so I called in some help. Andy quoted me the best price and agreed to what I needed done so I went with his service. All I wanted was my bathroom deep cleaned and thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected from the walls to the base boards to the floors. I have a small bathroom you can extend your arms and touch both walls one way and the other way you can only take about 3 steps before reaching the wall. So it's not a huge project. He showed up on time with his wife in tow to help him clean. They were cleaning away rushing through the project. I could here them furiously scrubbing and cleaning away while I was playing with my young baby and cooking her lunch. When he felt done he asked me to check over work and let him know if I approved. Overall it was just ok the work was a bit sloppy there was a few more things I would like him to have cleaned or worked on but I noticed he finished just under the hour and didn't want to bother paying for another hour for just a few more things needing attention so I told him it was fine. Then when I went to pay him he was like oh it is a minimum of two hours so I need payment for another hour even though he never mentioned there being a minimum to me and only worked for a little under an hour. If I would have known he was going to make me pay for two hours I would have made sure he cleaned what needed to be done and did a better job at it instead of the rushed sloppy over priced job he did. I asked for the floor to be scrubbed because it it tile blocks and has grooves instead he went over it with a flat cloth mop on a stick so it didn't clean in the tiles and didn't do a good job getting nothing up I was very unsatisfied with the job on the floor mind you I would do it myself hand scrubbed if I wasn't so pregnant. I didn't want to argue with him because you know pregnancy hormones and I didn't want to be upset or get overly mad and feel rage so I just paid him and let him go. I also felt uncomfortable being pregnant and having my little baby there alone by myself I didn't want him to get mad by me asking him to clean more or to let him know he honestly never mentioned a minimum to me so I just wanted him to leave at that point. But what could have turned into referrals and repeat business is now nothing more than a bad review and no more business from me ever again. The way he conducted business was shady to me. Be upfront don't swindle me out of an increased amount and less work done. I debated writing this review but I feel cheated and others should know the truth. I have added to the photos a screenshot of what he wrote to me so you can see for yourself that a minimum was never mentioned In response to Andy: I am NOT the one that wrote that attached message it is clearly from your business page so what are you trying to claim someone hacked you and sent me that message and a man that looks exactly like you showed up with a lady that I was under the impression was your lady. You're right I didn't confirm there was a marriage certificate between you doesn't mean the information is false because I just assumed who the lady was based on your close interactions with her. That's besides the point Andy. The fact that you never reply to anyone that leaves you a good review that you only argue and try to put down those who don't like your work or are calling out your price gouging and false advertising in prices shows your character. My profile is not false I have lived all over southern california this profile I have owned since I was 19 years old living in San Diego and have no idea how to update or change the information. I received your services in Riverside California. And exactly how you responded to me is exactly why I didn't speak up about your lousy work or lack of information telling me ahead of time that you require a two hour minimum.
