I missed her call Friday but noticed she also emailed me. I replyed to her email regarding my options and she not only got back to me "after" store closing hours Friday evening but also thoroughly explained how she could produce the best quality copy and the cost. I told her I'd follow-up after the holiday weekend. She left a message Tuesday that the print was ready for pickup. Molly went over and above my expectations, gave of her time and clearly explained and answered all my questions, clearly a not a profitable job for all the time she spent with me! I suggest you Google her company and read her background and how she arrived and has grown her business in Rocklin, my home town for over 30 years! We have used OV Copy for several years for our business prints. Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. They understood our urgency & worked with incredible efficiency. And now the new manager, Jennika, has been extremely helpful & responsive. I'm hopeful she'll stay around for a while!
