To make matters worse, I ordered samples and specifically requested an 8.5x11" size, when I came back to pick up the samples, they printed smaller version while charging $10 per sample stating that the file was that size. Other companies printed the same file at the correct size without extra charges. Additionally, there was no communication from their team about this issue. As a business owner, I was eager to work with them on brochures and marketing materials, but this experience has led me to choose a different company.
