I had a photo I wanted enlarged and printed. I went in late in the day and the owner Molly took time to explain my options and asked me to send her the digital photo and she'd do the best she could to call me the next day: note it was Thursday at 3pm and Friday at 4 they closed for the 3 day Memorial day weekend. I missed her call Friday but noticed she also emailed me. I replyed to her email regarding my options and she not only got back to me "after" store closing hours Friday evening but also thoroughly explained how she could produce the best quality copy and the cost. I told her I'd follow-up after the holiday weekend. She left a message Tuesday that the print was ready for pickup. Molly went over and above my expectations, gave of her time and clearly explained and answered all my questions, clearly a not a profitable job for all the time she spent with me! I suggest you Google her company and read her background and how she arrived and has grown her business in Rocklin, my home town for over 30 years! I've just picked up my wedding invitations from Molly - they're awesome! She put so much effort in to my uniquely designed invites. She provided me with 5-6 different quotes for invitations she though I would like and researched every option including alternative paper sizes, colors, inks for no extra charge. She even was able to hand draw an adorable map for me so my guests could find our venue. She was excellent about communicating all cost and details before completing the invitations -so there were no surprises. She explained how I could save money here or there which was a pleasant surprise. My invitations cost ~$400 for 100 of them but $150 of that was 2 hours of graphic design for my non traditional invitation design.
