There are random patches of longer hair in different areas on each side of my head. Not even sure how someone would try to style it. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I wanted the exact same modern mullet I had done at Diesel Barber Shop for prom, which turned out amazing. I even showed Lowanda a picture of what I wanted. Instead, she completely ignored the reference photo and kept asking questions while she was already cutting my hair. Before I even realized what was happening, my sideburns were shaved completely off and the haircut ended up patchy, uneven, and nothing close to what I asked for. I trusted a professional with hair I've spent over a year growing out, only to walk out looking worse than if I had cut it myself in the mirror at home. There was no attention to detail, no effort to match the style I requested, and no communication before making major changes. This was supposed to be a simple haircut for the Fourth of July, and instead I'm stuck trying to figure out how to fix a haircut that shouldn't have happened in the first place. If you bring in a reference picture and ask for a style you've already had before, you should at least leave with something remotely similar. Very disappointed.
