The areas where there could be improvement- Guests checking in at the front desk spoke loudly and could be heard talking to staff (at the front desk) during the facial, it was distracting and took away from the zen feeling of the facial at times. I am not certain the facial cleansed my skin thoroughly because I could still see some eye shadow on my eye lids when I looked in the mirror in the car following the facial. The guest that was supposed to check in after my group finished, arrived early for her appointment, a member of the staff approached the esthetician performing my facial to inquire how much longer until my facial would be done...my esthetician stated 5 minutes...which made me feel a bit rushed during my service. Overall the time with my family was very nice and the estheticians were pretty good overall. I felt the cleanse portion of my facial wasn't thorough however my family enjoyed their services quite a bit. On a side note, the facials are performed in an open space where up to 3 people could be getting facials simultaneously (I chose a time when my family members were the only people on the schedule) for more privacy. I think it's a cute place to get a facial, great for a girls outing or a quick self care outing. They offer a couple of memberships to choose from for those interested.
