John and his crew did a very good job painting our garage and sealing and painting the garage floor. The problem is that he should have not coated the floor outside the garage door seal. Within a few months, the Az sun started to fade and then peel the coating. We called John to ask him to remedy the situation i.e. strip the paint off outside the garage. He looked at the floor and said he would take care of it. Since then nothing has been done-well over a years period of time. I text and call-he kept promising to come out and then he's a no show. Had he told us that the likelihood of problems with the acrylic paint exposed to the weather, we would have asked him to not paint it. The best measurement of a contractor is how they remedy problems after the work is done. Based on that he gets low marks. read more

He's professional... easy going... and the end results of our newly painted house are stunning. We had the interior and exterior painted. AMAZING! They demonstrated great attention to detail. I have a few friends that want his information after seeing his work, and hearing what our personal experience was. John at Master Hands Painting is fantastic. He's done four jobs for me over the last few years. All we're done professionally and there were no issues. The last job was painting in the inside of my home. We changed our minds on the colors halfway through the project. John was very understanding and helped us select new colors and still got the job done quickly. Also his crews do great work. After spending about an hour inspecting the paint (yes I'm pretty picky), I could only find one paint drip and a bit of overspray in a 4,000 soft home. Amazing!! John Gonzalez of "Master Hands Painting" came promptly to give an estimate for our work and discussed different paint options with us. He was very patient and helpful. During the process, John also kept in contact and made on-site visits for our three separate projects: Painting our laundry room cabinets, two interior rooms, and most recently, the exterior of our home and all our back and side patio walls. All the work was excellent! The crew carefully masked everything, used quality products, took pride in their work, and cleaned up after each task. Called the company, set up an appointment, and the painter didn't show. Called them, no answer. They called back the next day saying they would come out the next afternoon. Didn't show up and didn't answer my call once again. From there we made two more appointments that they didn't show up for and they have stopped returning my calls. I work with contractors around the country for a living and I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Save yourself the headache, go with someone else. I'm still shocked that this company even exists. read more
