We hired Susanna and her crew to paint the interior of our home. She did an absolutely amazing job. I could tell from the moment we met her that she cared about the quality of her work. She and her crew were meticulous and careful throughout the job. On the final day of the job they cleaned thoroughly and did "touch up." Sussanna made sure there wasn't an errant drop of paint to be found or an inch of wall space missed. She made sure everything blended perfectly. Her work was perfect. Her price was VERY reasonable for what we got and I couldn't have asked for better quality work. It's like we've moved into a new home. My husband tried to follow up via phone and text, but received no response aside from the sound of crickets. Honestly, if you're going to operate a small, independent business, you still need to have customer service skills and integrity. Buying a home and requiring a full interior and exterior paint job is pretty significant, and now that we have hired another company for close to 10k, Chromatic lost out. I'm not sure what the issue is with the lack of integrity, but it's disappointing because Susanna's work looks incredible from the photos on yelp. We are bummed we did not have the chance to see her work. Save your time and look to other five-star painting companies that respond promptly and provide much more professionalism.

Prior to painting, a sheetrock craftsman provided the referral for David Perez. In short, David and his crew were nothing short of, spectacular. They worked hard and consistently for 5 days in a row. Their preparation was meticulous. And the final product was perfection. Painting included 2 coats of paint for all ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, all kitchen cabinets and the entire garage.
