This place is easy to miss as it is located above another store. You have to buzz an intercom system that looks quite residential. The interior is bright, clean, and tastefully designed. When I was there, the receptionist spoke minimal English but she was quite patient with my broken Spanish. The waxing rooms are located down the hall far away from the reception and nails area so you have complete privacy. My beautician was Lara who was very friendly. The wax they use here is incredible! It's very thick and velvety. It was by far the most painless waxing session I've ever experienced- and yes it was for everything down there. The price for "pubis sencer del tot" was only 18 euros- a bargain by US standards. Everything on the price list seemed very cheap compared to other places in Barcelona. I highly recommend this place- ask for Lara!

I had the best eyebrow tinting and shaping done here three months ago, and then the worst ever in my life just today. They were this ridiculous rounded shape, with one of them extending piratically to the bridge of my nose, the color was very light in some places with blobs of color elsewhere. The arches of my brows began far too early, I mean they were before the middle of my eye when they should be extended from the corners of your eyes. They were a serious mess. The girl at the front offered to have their specialist fix them a few days from now, which I happily accepted. They also did not charge me for this service and profusely apologized. Also, the services are based on blocks of time, not quality or completeness, so that if you are getting extensions or a fill from a very good technician, they are great, but if you have a slower girl, well, then it isn't even worth bothering because she'll only get a few on your face before your time is up. I've stopped coming here due to getting very slow girls the last few visits - it's just not worth the 70 bucks.

My computer translated their cite, so it was clear to me from the start that this is a very local place. I made a note that I was not fluent in Spanish. I found the place very easily and felt very safe, as they buzzed me into the shop. There was a little puppy that greeted me (I was told it was the owners), but only at the entrance. The front is a nail salon and in the back they have a little facial station. Paula was very kind and even looked up some words in English to make sure I understood! She did a great job, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I will say that I could hear the music they were playing in the salon and people talking, which didn't bother me. No dog barking or any street noise. Overall very clean, smells nice. It was such a bargain, I'm glad I found this place!
