I also added brows and a facial. On the day of my appointment, everything was going great. I was set to arrive with time to spare. Until.... I got on the wrong train! Trying to turn around and get on the right train wasn't as easy as I expected. Then the stress set in. Luckily, the stop is only a couple of blocks away and I actually made it on time. However, I made a rookie/tourist mistake and assumed that the building number which I was standing in front of, was where I was supposed to be. Tip to my fellow tourists, face the building and walk a few steps to the left. I unfortunately walked up from the right and did not see their sign. I was already, stressed, and this added to my stress. I could not reach them by phone and I had already paid in full, so you can imagine the thoughts that were running through my head. I finally noticed a lady walk out a door to the left and I went to ask direction, then I realized that that is where I was supposed to be. Poor Deborah probably thought that I was insane because I was about to cry. All that aside, I received amazing service. The salon is small, intimate and clean. The facial was so so relaxing, that it eased away all the tension and stress that I had just accumulated. My lashes and brows came out fantastic as well. When I went to my lash appointment 3 weeks later, I still had a good amount of lashes left. We typically stay in Barcelona annually, and I have definitely found my new favorite spot. As good as the best people in LA and better than the Hamptons. She took an unusually long time so I assumed she removed a bunch that were falling off and rebuilt from the ground up. I even forgot to bring payment and she let me bring the next day. I prefer them thick and short instead of long and unnatural. I showed her pictures and she knew exactly what I needed and did them perfectly.

This place is easy to miss as it is located above another store. You have to buzz an intercom system that looks quite residential. The interior is bright, clean, and tastefully designed. When I was there, the receptionist spoke minimal English but she was quite patient with my broken Spanish. The waxing rooms are located down the hall far away from the reception and nails area so you have complete privacy. My beautician was Lara who was very friendly. The wax they use here is incredible! It's very thick and velvety. It was by far the most painless waxing session I've ever experienced- and yes it was for everything down there. The price for "pubis sencer del tot" was only 18 euros- a bargain by US standards. Everything on the price list seemed very cheap compared to other places in Barcelona. I highly recommend this place- ask for Lara!

My computer translated their cite, so it was clear to me from the start that this is a very local place. I made a note that I was not fluent in Spanish. I found the place very easily and felt very safe, as they buzzed me into the shop. There was a little puppy that greeted me (I was told it was the owners), but only at the entrance. The front is a nail salon and in the back they have a little facial station. Paula was very kind and even looked up some words in English to make sure I understood! She did a great job, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I will say that I could hear the music they were playing in the salon and people talking, which didn't bother me. No dog barking or any street noise. Overall very clean, smells nice. It was such a bargain, I'm glad I found this place!
