Tyler immediately tended to the vehicle; fiscovered the root case and explained to me the source of the problem. He then proceeded to wash the engine of the car to remove the residue of the "oil" that had spilled in the engine; hence causing it to smoke. They will say they have it, put your car up, then say they need to have someone deliver it while you wait....I think there biggest issue is that they take in too many customers for their throughput. Had a 8:00 a.m. appointment after 30 minutes, I was told that they needed to talk with the manager witch he was in a meeting. They said the meeting might take up to 2 hours, if I want to go home that they would call me. they never called. At 11:35 I called and they said that they still were waiting and I should make anther appointment for the next day again. Two days to replace a defective thermostat.

He is friendly and approachable and most importantly he is honest. I have been here once before for a quick all around safety check of my SUV. Today is my 2nd visit to have major repairs done on my car and as much as I wish I didn't have to be in a repair shop I would rather be at this one over all others.
