Instead, I prefer to summarize it with a few words I am borrowing from Tony. Referring to painiting residences, he said: "la pintura lo es todo". He meant, paint is the essence of a home. Before they came for the job our townhouse was white. After they left, it was still white. But was it? This was not the same townhouse than before by any means. Somehow, they both managed to instill life, happiness and beauty to all walls, ceilings and baseboards. Only a labor of love can do this. From their attention to detail, to communicatiing throughout the process, to their porfessional demeanor Tony and Anthony far exceeded my expectations. If he were truthful, I would've just prepped those parts myself. - Many parts of interior trim weren't painted with a single complete coat. You see bare patches of old paint. - Lots of drips. They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. So you never know how good a job you get. But you still pay top dollar for possibly mediocre work.
