He was friendly and did and excellent job. I was missing a couple of parts and he told me he would come by once I get them. I had an excellent experience with Carlos. We did a renovation in the house and had to replace the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Turns out that when he started to work on the it, he discovered and there was mold and a 2nd ceiling underneath. He help me by removing the entire ceiling, making sure that there was no mold on that bedroom finish the Job in 2 days. Extremely reliable and professional. Extremely unreliable. They can't even keep it together to meet for a price quote. Schedule two, not one...but two, appointments to get a quote from these guys. For the first attempt in meeting for a price quote I was contacted an hour later than the agreed upon time to meet to reschedule to meet at a later time. The second attempt (following morning) I had to reach out 30 mins later to which I was told they'd be there in a additional 10 mins (that's 40 mins late if your keeping count) and they ended up showing up to the property 45 minutes late. He answered and gave me a rate since I couldn't be overly specific at the moment with what I needed him to come to do, although I gave him a basic overview. He said $65 for the first hour and $35 for the second. Which was fine. When I arrived home, I took photos of things I would like him to do so that he could have a better idea. He said he would call me back to talk about it all for the appointment on Saturday the 15th. He never called. Never replied back to my tests. Answered my calls and repeatedly hung up. This is the farthest thing from someone that you want to depend on in coming into your home to do work and more than that, trust while there. Look for someone else is my suggestion. read more

I have texted him server all times and I have also called several times. They do not respond at all. I asked Tri Miami Handyman (TMH) and several other highly rated handymen to provide a quote for installing a ceiling fan. TMH responded quickly with a very reasonable estimate. I appreciated that TMH was able to provide the quote entirely through Yelp instead of asking me to call and describe the job. TMH showed up the day we agreed. The installation was done in about an hour, and the ceiling fan works great. I would use TMH again based on the quality of their work, ease of quoting/scheduling and reasonable prices. read more

Great experience. I had a hollow core door painted and installed, new pump installed in toilet tank, and the toilet was secured and caulked at the base. All the work was done quickly and professionally. The caulk was applied very neatly which I appreciate because past handymen have been sloppy about that type of trim work. After reaching out to two other handyman services to install a large, heavy floating bathroom vanity into a wall with steel studs (no easy task!) I am SO happy I found Carlos! We had a time constraint as we were leaving the Miami area and had two previous companies flake out on us last minute, much to our frustration! However Carlos responded promptly, analyzed the job, and was on it the next day! He successfully got the vanity in despite multiple complications due to our buildings tricky construction and even stabilized it to make sure it would be in there securely and wouldn't hurt the wall. Not only did Carlos install the vanity like we expected, he installed the mirror to go with it and did a few small jobs around the house no problem! He is prompt, professional, friendly, and excellent at what he does! He even gave my husband recommendations on how to go about a few other small tasks around the house which saved us so much time!
