I ordered my plaques on April 9, 2019. I have called twice and the woman who answered the phone both times gave me excuse after excuse on why I haven't received my order. She said I should hear something within a week. It's been two weeks and nothing. I'm active duty military and I really thought this was a legit company. I will only get fooled once. I have sent two emails about a status and now a refund. NO RESPONSE. I will have to take this up my military legal to get this company reported. This is absolutely an outrage!! When I call again I will NOT have my military bearing.

I googled trophy shops in Elkhart, IN and there were like three that came up. First Place Trophy Shop was the first one, I liked the looks of their online add and something just told me to call them first, I never even contacted the other two. I ask if he could have it by my deadline, he said yes, he sent me samples of what he could do, I sent him what I wanted but did not include our company logo because I have always been told I would need to send something I don't know how to do. He sent back a proof that included our logo, he quoted me a very reasonable price, had it completed the day before my deadline, the plaque is high quality and absolutely beautiful. Everything was done through emails until the day I went to pay and pick up. I highly recommend First Place Trophy Shop and have found my forever go to place for trophies, and plaques. A great local store to grab your local high school gear at or order trophies or screen print items…read more I heard about this place as a good store to buy logansport berries clothes at. There was a good selection but mostly one size being large or larger. Being smaller it was hard to find something that fit and that I liked. But I'm sure more people like their clothes baggy and wear it over things. I still found something to take home to my hometown. Great private and street parking available and the owner is so sweet and helpful when I had questions. He even recommended another local shop to buy postcards. That is just awesome. I love to shop local and these small towns are perfect to keep the money in the city and the locals pockets. I would recommend coming here for hometown needs and business awards needs.
