I ordered my plaques on April 9, 2019. I have called twice and the woman who answered the phone both times gave me excuse after excuse on why I haven't received my order. She said I should hear something within a week. It's been two weeks and nothing. I'm active duty military and I really thought this was a legit company. I will only get fooled once. I have sent two emails about a status and now a refund. NO RESPONSE. I will have to take this up my military legal to get this company reported. This is absolutely an outrage!! When I call again I will NOT have my military bearing.

I've read the few reviews here and they are all older than 2019. I am very surprised as they do not…read morerepresent our company's experience at all. So, it seems things have change significantly with Masterplaques since then. I've purchased seal plaques for our company's clients for the last 4 years at least 4-5 times a year. I have made 8 purchases in 2026 so far. Masterplaque's mahogany hand-carved seals are done in a 3d bas-relief style and the colors match our submitted prototypes perfectly. This initially was a huge concern, since we are using Masterplaques to represent "US" with our clients behind the scenes. Richard at customer service has helped us get our products faster than the typical 6 weeks it takes to make a custom-made product too. We have had no complaints from our customers whom we provided these plaques to. I'm sorry to see people we previously disappointed but I have a single negatvie thing happen in the 20 or so orders we have placed, since we started working with them. I highly recommend working with Masterplaques and Richard in customer service.

I called the place I have gone for years and they could not accommodate me without me going into their store which has the hours of 9 to 4 Monday thru Friday and I work 8 to 5, 45 minutes away. I googled trophy shops in Elkhart, IN and there were like three that came up. First Place Trophy Shop was the first one, I liked the looks of their online add and something just told me to call them first, I never even contacted the other two. I ask if he could have it by my deadline, he said yes, he sent me samples of what he could do, I sent him what I wanted but did not include our company logo because I have always been told I would need to send something I don't know how to do. He sent back a proof that included our logo, he quoted me a very reasonable price, had it completed the day before my deadline, the plaque is high quality and absolutely beautiful. Everything was done through emails until the day I went to pay and pick up. I highly recommend First Place Trophy Shop and have found my forever go to place for trophies, and plaques.
