Expensive, yes charged nearly $300 for 20 minute valve change Quality 50/50, needed the valve changed on tub faucet, I know how to do it, pulled the screws but the calcium deposit were too bad to pull the handle, I didn't want to dent up the hardware with a home fix, so call Windsor plumbing, again they showed up on time, did the repair and left, leaving the screws I pulled right on the tub edge. It is not hard to put the screws back took me all of 5 minutes, but for 300.00 you think they would have completed the job.

Aggie came out, told me what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost, and did the job. Second, I got a spoon stuck in my garbage disposal. Aggie came out, took off the disposal, and removed the spoon without having to replace the entire disposal. Lastly, I installed new sinks in my home, and some of the pipes were not long enough to connect with the sink drains. Therefore Aggie came out, assessed the situation, and completed the job in about two hours, saving me hundreds off what other local businesses were quoting me. Also, they are constantly complaining about not getting paid even though the terms of the contract they signed is very clear about how and when they get paid. For example, they'll send you an invoice and then a few days later send crappy texts about how they have waited so long and that your payment is way over due. Apparently the owner and his book keeper don't communicate well. If you want a plumber who can do the plumbing part of the work but can't honor a contract he signed, produce fair pricing for any changes to the contract and communicate nicely to clear up his confusion about payments, then Steve is your man.
