This is the only donut shop that I've been to that doesn't have not even a small table and a couple of chairs for customers to sit down and enjoy their donuts and coffee. I know it's a small shop, but there is enough room for a small table inside and outside. I guess they don't like people. No hospitality for customers, not coming back. read more

‼IF I CAN RATE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD‼ People are rude at this place, i had come to this place before and never got this bad of a service. I literally got yelled at by the guy that worked there. I always order a Iced mocha latte and they said that's fine. What happened?? Masters Donuts used to be one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I hadn't been there in forever but was at the chiropractor and stopped in afterwards for a donut (or 2). It was around 11am and the selection wasn't great but I picked out a maple old fashioned and a chocolate twist. Neither one tasted fresh and the chocolate on the chocolate twist tasted bitter. Took about 3 bites from each one and threw the rest away. read more

Bomb bomb bomb ass donuts. Located in the Cardenas shopping center, this donut joint is absolutely amazing. Come here all the time, this time I brought my little toddler w me and he can confirm that the donuts here are delicious. The staff is friendly, especially the girls Hannah and Julie, they make the trip well worth it. Let's get down to the nitty gritty, the donuts are soft and not too sweet, my fave has to be their blueberry donuts. Make sure to visit this place! I drove from Redlands to pick up a dozen and a 1/2 dozen for friends. Place was super clean, staff were super friendly, and service was speedy. Donuts were delicious! Ok so, I'd been eyeing this donut shop for a minute and finally had an excuse to stop by and break my diet, since I had to take some donuts to a holiday party. And let just say that the inside is so nice and clean looking. The lady who helped me was supper friendly and welcoming, and the donuts were also very good! I love this doughnut shop. It's small and quaint with a welcoming feeling. I love the design of the entire shop. The doughnuts are so delicious (which is the most important thing!). I like how they also have anime plush toys. It is a clean establishment, they have hand sanitizer for you, and they are limiting 3 people per time inside. Finally a shop that has a capacity sign!! The man tending to the shop was kind and didn't judge me when I was buying all these doughnuts for me and my fiancé so that that was nice LOL. The name of this donut shop is no mistake, they truly are masters of their craft! From the moment you walk in, you are immersed in a cozy environment that is beautifully decorated to reflect the current season or an upcoming holiday. I am always greeted warmly by the owner of the shop and her employees. The donuts are simply magnificent! Donuts are great and have many varieties! Got an iced coffee (thai), and it was alright, but the customer service is excellent and quick. I accidentally got an extra donut from picking a dozen and they gave me the extra for free. They told me, it was Thanksgiving tomorrow. I was told they keep it in a separate dough hopper to avoid cross contamination, which is great, but it also means they won't make just one or two. It's a half dozen minimum, and it takes about 20 minutes since they're made fresh and separately from the regular batch. Once mine came out, they were warm and satisfying, not quite as fluffy as the regular donuts, but still a solid treat. Most of the coatings and toppings are vegan too, just skip anything with Nutella or a dairy based coating, so you've still got plenty of options to customize. A couple of flavors I went with were cinnamon sugar and a maple glaze with walnuts and enjoyed both. On a less positive note, they have a claw machine game near the entrance that took my money and never actually worked properly. I tried to find someone on site to help, but no one seemed to be able to do anything about it, and I've had a hard time getting a hold of anyone since to get it resolved. If you're going to have one of these machines in your store, someone should be able to actually help when it eats a customer's money. Staff at the counter were friendly and made sure to double check which toppings were vegan. Just know before you go, call ahead to confirm the location carries vegan batter that day, and be ready to commit to a six donut minimum and a short wait. 4 out of 5. Donuts were good, but the claw machine situation knocked off a star.

This place is amazing! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a cozy, welcoming vibe. The donuts are to die for... crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. My favorite is the maple bar, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. And don't miss out on their breakfast burritos! They're packed with fresh ingredients and so delicious.
