Wonderful service I received today , the nice lady was efficient considering there were a few people behind me . I was there to purchase 2 orders of 1/2 dozens ( yes I need to stop at 2 different places) My husband made sure to purchase 6 pieces of cream puffs . He mentioned no one else makes it , he wanted me to try. The cream puffs were light and filled with semi sweet cream and coated with powdered sugar on top . It's not bad , except I can smell a faint scent of grease , my husband doesn't have the same effect. 2 orders of half dozen donuts looked great , my friends mentions how light and delicious they were . They don't just sell donuts, it's a one stop shop . They sell Lotto, scratchers and many selection of bagels and sandwiches . Dine in option available as well. read more

Always nice here, and they are on Too Good To Go. Worth trying the food after a Kaiser appointment or something.

I was craving sweets after my doctor's appt at Kaiser. Looking for the store and there it was donut store. I ordered jalapeño ham and cheese, 2 chocolate croissants and 1 sugar donut. The lady so sweet that she threw 1 extra donut for me. I love the jalapeño ham and cheese; it is super buttery and huge! The chocolate croissants also great; the chocolate is plenty. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came in at 11:50 a.m. to order breakfast, and your posted breakfast hours say breakfast is served until noon. Despite arriving before the cutoff time, I was told you wouldn't take my order. On top of that, the customer service was extremely rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. I specifically visit breakfast places to find who has the best breakfast sandwiches, so this was especially disappointing. Refusing to even take an order when a customer is clearly within the stated timeframe felt completely disrespectful and misleading. If breakfast service actually ends earlier than noon, the hours should be updated to reflect that so customers aren't turned away unfairly. This experience left a bad impression and made me question the consistency of your service. read more

Slightly Overrated, though I would highly recommend to order them fresh. I ordered them over the app "Too Good To Go" and I was underwhelmed by the donuts I received. Service was also slow, with two female servers behind the counter and only one servicing everyone who walked in the door. Really clean donut shop. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 4 donuts and 2 coffees. Price was around 28 bucks. Service was good and the lady taking our order was very patient and friendly, I like that this place has the big puffy donuts. They tasted fresh and the burritos were huge to. This place doesn't know how to read directions or they just simply don't care to. The last 2 times I've ordered from there my order was missing items or the bagels were burnt and cold? Not sure how that's possible. I'm assuming they just leave everything out and give you stale food. I wanted to like this place so bad and I've spent so much money here. When trying to talk to the woman that was " taking" my order she kept walking away as I was talking, so she missed up my order. When I noticed it was incorrect I told the younger woman with the short curly hair about the mistake but she was giving me attitude because I told her they got my order wrong. She fixed it but she told the older lady that placed my order that she placed it wrong really loud so I could hear them . When my order was finally done the older lady that originally took my order came up to me and told me that I told her a different sandwich, I had repeated myself multiple times because she kept walking away as I was talking from the beginning. She told me that I was the one that ordered the wrong sandwich and she should be charging me for the difference but it was ok . It's the only place I can find the old fashioned donuts. The kind with the rigid putter layer you can pick off. Savoring the middle layer. They don't take long to deliver, call if they don't have when you've ordered, and package donuts nice and neat in the box. Most of the time, I end up with extra donuts. I don't particularly frequent the area this place is located in. I went once. It's not the fanciest place ever, but the service was good. The person working was polite. It's an older spot that seems to be popular with folks that have been around that area for a while. I wouldn't sit in that place and eat my food.
