This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a repair shop. I brought my car in on 4/20 for a transmission repair after being told the job would take about one week. At the time, there were no warning lights on the dashboard and no known issues other than the transmission. I also paid more than half of the quoted cost upfront. After a week passed, I had to reach out myself for an update. It took about a week and a half to get a response, and I was told the repair would be delayed due to an illness. I completely understood and was willing to be patient because things happen. On 5/1, I contacted them again to see if my car was ready for pickup and received no response until 5/8. By this point, I had already been given four different completion dates, all of which came and went. I simply asked for an accurate timeline because I was becoming frustrated with the lack of communication. Instead of receiving an update, I got an email from the owner's wife that I found extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told they could no longer do the repair and was accused of rushing them, which was completely untrue considering how long I had already waited beyond the original timeline. As a result, I had to pay to have my vehicle towed to their shop and then pay again to have it towed elsewhere so another shop could complete the repair. Throughout this experience, I was hung up on, repeatedly misled about completion dates, and left without clear communication. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back on 5/15, multiple warning lights were illuminated on the dashboard that had not been there before. When I called to ask about it, I was told they hadn't touched anything that could have caused it. However, I had photos taken before the vehicle was towed to their shop showing that there were no dashboard warning lights at that time. Overall, this experience was disappointing, stressful, and costly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop

I decided to go with the upgraded brake option since the factory brakes on these Sprinters aren't the best and tend to wear out quickly. In January 2026, I brought my Jag in to fix the horn on my Jag that was honking randomly. It cost me about $ 1300 to have it corrected. It was not fixed, and it still honks randomly. So a few weeks back I brought it in to have it fixed. Since I was going in the shop, I had them install an antenna wire as the regular antenna wasn't working. Another item was that the driver-side door was not closing properly; I had to lift it up to close it. The shop manager, in a phone call, told me the door now works perfectly and the antenna wire had been installed. I stopped by the shop, and the door is completely out of alignment so much so that it will probably have to be towed, and the horn problem hasn't even been looked at. I was then told my bill so far was now almost $ 700. Mr AI said: "The Issue: This rod telescopes into a brass tube inside the column to allow the steering wheel to be adjusted for reach. It is insulated by a plastic/nylon sleeve. If this plastic sleeve cracks, wears thin, or shifts, the brass rod will tilt and touch the inside wall of the outer steering column tube. Because the outer tube is bolted directly to the chassis, this completes the ground and honks the horn.The Fix: Back out the three set screws on the back of the steering wheel hub to pull out the center horn button. Inspect the brass rod and the insulating nylon pieces. If the insulation is missing or damaged, it must be replaced or wrapped carefully in heat-shrink tubing to stop it from shorting out.
