When the windows arrived and weather permitted, his team came out to replace the cheap windows and slider my GC put in and they did a fantastic job. Everyone at Kot's was so great we requested a quote for replacing the rest of the windows in the original structure which were installed last week. The whole team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I had a lot of quotes, some cheaper but none with the level of integrity and pride in their service that I found at Kot's. He then told me what labor and materials were, which only accounted for $2,500, and could not explain where the other thousand dollars were going. He then said he wanted no part in the job since I had asked for a cost breakdown and that he knew when things "start bad" they "end bad". Curt, newsflash, accounting for costs is a normal and legal part of doing business!
