Also the instructors don't know how to give constructive criticism. They are body shaming and make you feel stupid for asking any questions. If you want to spend $15000 for a black belt that you can earn in a couple years go for it but you will probably end up just injured and overly stressed and they will not refund your money either for medical issues.
