I did book just a traditional last shift but when I got there, she explained the benefits of a Korean lash lift, and I decided to try it. It definitely felt faster than the traditional lash lift and had less of that strong perm smell, which I liked I just got them done this week so time will tell if they last as long as a traditional, but I was told they should last around 4 to 6 weeks. It is definitely more expensive than the traditional lash lift so I hope that it's worth it. Overall, I did really appreciate Estefania and her work. She asked what style I wanted and I showed her a picture and she confidently said she could do it. 3hrs later and a very uncomfortable experience with what felt like my lashes were being plucked out, i got a completely different look than what I showed her. Apparently I was charged for a "custom set" but it looks like a classic mega lash. My eyes have been red, swollen, and itchy since. I fear that my natural lashes are damaged due to the roughness of the application process . Despite me explaining this to her after my appointment, she just said she can do a free fix and she doesn't do refunds because "you should have read my policy". My son is just over 6 feet tall, and the bed was too small for him--he had to brace his feet against the wall the entire time. About halfway through, both of us started experiencing back pain from the uncomfortable beds, and it lingered enough that we needed to take pain medication afterward. To make matters worse, my hair was never properly washed and still felt greasy when I left--I had to go home and shower immediately. My son wasn't cleaned off at the end either and left with greasy product still on his upper body. I was also supposed to receive a blow-dry, which was never offered.
