The people here are very nice. Perhaps I would use them again if I needed lashes. But I used them for the head spa. It was not a good experience. The products left my hair very dry. It was not relaxing as it was not gentle down to the end when out of nowhere, the therapist suddenly cracked my neck. I have bone spurs in my neck and never thought I would have to request no neck cracking. This was not ok and I have felt pain in my neck since. It pains me to leave this review. We booked before we got into town as a special treat to try our first head spa experience and were very pleased! We chose the one hour head spa treatment and it was lovely! I enjoyed the service and the space. The room was quiet and calming and smelled lovely! Our hair felt very soft when we were done. They definitely used quality products. read more

I had my lash appointment with Vi and was surprised and pleased with the outcome. I have not had extensions since 2014, so I don't have too much to compare experiences. I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, but had saved photos of what I wanted to achieve with extensions. Unbeknownst to me, the pictures I save were more for strip lashes, so I was informed that the look in the photos was unachievable with the type of extensions that would work with my type of short/sparse lashes. Other than my worry of having furry caterpillars for eyelashes, I was assured that everything will work out. I'm pretty self-conscious when I tried out something new cosmetically, but the lashes I received look soft and pretty. My co-workers are a blunt bunch, so they'd tell me if I looked foolish and thankfully, they said my new lashes looked good and were very natural. I've tried to follow directions on lash care as best I can and have only lost a few lashes in the week and a half of having them. I don't know if I can keep this up for long term, but I'm happy to have found someone that does extensions well. read more

Mindy did a great job! I have asian hooded eyelids and have struggled to find a quality lash extension artist that knew what to do. I've been to about 6 people all over Tucson to get my eyelashes done and Mindy's job has lasted the longest and been the most beautiful! First time clients recieve a discount so remember to check that out. They also have an apprentice program that's much cheaper than seeing Mindy. I'd use Mindy for the full set but potentially an apprentice for quick fills. Also love the ability to make appointments online. Mindy is timely, professional, and did great work! read more

My lashes looked great & I had a wonderful experience in the salon! I was excited to find this place. Unfortunately by day 4, half of the lashes on one eye were gone, with my natural lashes still intact - despite following the care instructions exactly. When I contacted the owner I was told that their policy only covers your lashes for 3 days, the fall out was probably something I did & that I would need to pay for a fill... Lash extensions are supposed to last at least 2 weeks before looking as terrible as mine did by day 4. I've never had lashes fall out so fast. I went elsewhere for a fill, and it is now day 8 since my fill and my lashes still look brand new. I would not recommend this place as they wont fix their mistakes and there was obviously something wrong during application. Terrible customer service.. read more

I went in for a lash fill because my previous artist was not even an option. My last artist did not properly fan my lashes and just put them on haphazardly. At Vividity my lash tech took the time to not only correct the previous mistakes but I could also tell she cared about me. I kept coughing during the entire thing because of my allergies and she was so patient and attentive. I have and definitely will continue to recommend this establishment. read more

I finally got my eyelashes redone since lockdown. Vi did my lashes and she was GREAT! She's very sweet and has a very gentle touch. Usually my eyes burn at least a couple times throughout the process but my eyes didn't burn at all. It was a very nice experience. I highly recommend this studio. read more

I used to get my eyelash service at a chain here in Tucson for over a year. This place opened up close to me so I thought I would give it a try. All I have to say is I wish I would of found this place sooner! They actually take their time to make sure your eyelashes are beautiful and perfect before you leave, unlike the other place (I won't say who) but rather than see how many people they can fit into a day and don't really quality check their work. This place I actually feel like they care what they are doing and my eyelashes don't fall out. I go every 2 weeks, but I could definitely go another week or two because they still looked beautiful After 2 weeks. Getting your lashes done can be very expensive so if you want your money's worth I would definitely try this place out!!! You won't regret it!!! read more
