I also see on my visit summary page that I was supposed to get a number of samples when I checked out but got nothing--minor, but when you're paying these prices, you expect desk staff to be on the ball. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Pai and her medical assistant, but just know that there is the possibility of less than wonderful service from non-medical staff.

Understandably a very female centric place. However, how do they accommodate the occasional…read moremetrosexual that may stop in? Are they able to shift gears or is everyone Carrie Bradshaw? And that is exactly the feeling that you get when you go in there. The front desk are armed with their Apple computers and hidden behind the screens. They are not very sensitive to esoteric needs. What do i mean? In an effort to coordinate this i was in contact via text. I was trying to figure out who it was that i was conversing with. The person began using abbreviations like "FD" where i had to clarify what she meant; and it was "Front Desk". The place is a bit hard to find and I had to call for coordinates and was rifled off "commands" as to how to get there which was memorized in the presenters mind but not really intuitve. Like she just wanted to "get it out of her system" without regard for whether someone would be able to understand. These are signs to me of what is in store. So when I got there i was given a computer to fill out an inordinate amount of forms. No sooner did i get the ipad that the battery went out. But who wants to fill out all this information on an ipad where there is not a desk; you are just kind of struggling with the keys as you sit in a waiting room chair. Like it doesn't lend itself to use for this purpose because there is not support for the ipad to stay on your lap. If its on your lap you can't really use the keyboard do you see what i mean? Then I went into the bathroom and saw the heaping trash. These are things that people see; we don't care how dainty Carrie says that she is. Then they put me in a treatment room with a towel or fur comforter that looked dirty. The table wasn't adjusted at all and i sat and sat and sat and sat until i walked out. That was my experience. For me its not a place for guys. But again dare i say that these actressess might want to consider some of what i say. But they won't; I can see that as clear as day. They are set in their ways. It is his fault you see. They will falter and falter to the point of ad nauseum. As long as the facade of the Apple computers at the front desk are fired up and ready to go; that is all that matters. The show must go on. Thats all.

I ordered their chicken sandwich and it came with fries in a tin container. I would order it with salad instead since fries got a bit soggy. One thing I really didn't like is each time I called I spoke to a different person and they could not find me in their system and the information I was given was inconsistent. I have lost 23 pounds in let's say two months. I do think the combination of pills and shots put a damper on your impulses, stifling your cravings and hunger just enough to give you time to proactively make smarter food choices in keeping with your long-term goals versus eating when perhaps you're reacting emotionally (even if only feeling entitled) thus sabotaging your efforts. The diet itself is simple and really forces you to re-acquaint yourself with realistic portion sizes. Half a chicken breast in the George Foreman tossed in a salad. I used to eat two chicken breasts. That right there is a 75% reduction. Daily. Wow. I wouldn't say it's been easy - but nor would I say it's been hard. It just is. It's a diet. But it's doable. They corralled me back on the horse and I'm very hopeful to hang on 'til I reach my goal. I gave them a second chance - and it's working for me.

Only 1 issue I did after 2 months have an adverse reaction to the RM3 pill burning mouth so I discontinued using it but I am still losing maybe a bit slower but that may be from me plateauing.
