He ended up going back there to get his water mug and the manager walked up to him saying 'can I help you' in a defensive tone. Noticing the trim on his car was messed up too, my friend mentioned it. Then the manager said 'I don't want to talk to you'. A vehicle tech chimed in and said he'd try to fix it. The way the manager treated my friend was uncalled for. You can't treat customers that way or you won't have any. We aren't using speedy glass again.

Speedyglass got us in first thing in the morning and completed the job in less than the promised time. They repositioned our oil-change sticker and turnpike pass on the new windshield and were exceptionally professional, even trying to save us a few bucks since insurance wasn't covering the new glass.
