Aside from my poor brother who was in Florida during my dad's death and then had to move his body back to Michigan, It was set on me to make ALL the arrangements -- from -- New Jersey. None of us had ever a planned a funeral before; I was so freaked out! Tim and the whole staff at Wint are ABSOLUTELY Wonderful!! They coordinated everything wth the florist, the church, and the after-service luncheon. They did things for us that we never expected and had no idea to even do. They have a wall to display photos on boards that they provide. As well as a television for slideshows. The overall feeling was homey, which is exactly what we were looking for. They sent the bill to the wrong address, and then sent me to collections ~ a year later because I did not pay (I would have if I had gotten a bill and known I needed to). I called the owner and account manager, and neither called me back. They refused to refund the fees to us telling us there was nothing they could do since they already sent us to collections. It cost an extra $300 in fees. I called both corporate and local. I would not recommend these guys.
