While the price quote from Sunburst Shutters was higher compared to other companies, the customer reviews of this Sunburst Shutters from California and Nevada locations showed high rating and good customer satisfaction. The reviews described about the quality of their polywood shutters from good to excellent. So, we decided to go with Sunburst and we are very happy with our decision. From my first call with the office manager Vanessa Villa to final installation, it took less than 3 weeks which I think is amazingly fast. Our salesman Mike Horn was very punctual and professional and went over the details during the consultation visit. We had 28 windows for the shutter installation. Both Mike and Vanessa worked with us re. pricing and the installers were very good as well and cleaned up after their work. Everything looked great when the installation was finished except for one major issue we found with our 2 French doors. Both Vanessa and Mike worked with us closely to resolve the issue and provided a solution which we are very happy with.
