I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!

After interviewing 2 other companies we selected Sentinel. The process was pretty simple. They measured, asked about options and we signed the paperwork and the order was placed. The windows arrived when they said they would and the crew was there on the morning of install as they promised. Seem like they sent more guys then they needed but that was their business (our price was already set). They worked most of the day and took about 30 mins to cleanup and showed us how everything worked. After they left we double-checked their caulking (inside and out) and everything look really good. Not that we were surprised but you never know. The windows have been in for several weeks now and the owner called to check in last week (nice touch!). We are happy with the results and they will be our first call when we do the rear windows next year.
