My fence was next on my list to have replaced but it was keeping my dog in until they left gaps in the side and I caught her just as she was going out. The next day when I took her out. They told me they would come back and clean my yard up. As it was it took almost a week to come pick up there boards they put down for the bobcat. They left my front yard a mess also. Never came back to clean up after many texts and phone calls. Sprung on me the time to pay that they charged extra for credit card charges. Go find another company. They don't finish the job. TLDR: These guys do great work, go above and beyond with cleanup (see before and after yard photos…read morebelow), communicate throughout the process, and have super reasonable prices. If you've got tree business to be done, make sure you include them in the estimates you get. When a tropical storm rolled through a month and a half ago, we had a giant branch down in our back yard that needed to be removed. We got quotes from about 4-5 local tree service businesses to remove the branch and then to do some pruning of trees with branches hanging over our roof. The guys at TreeWise were very open about how they were not only pretty backed up, but also may not end up being the cheapest because they are fully insured and don't cut corners. Of all the estimates we received, they were actually the second cheapest. On the estimate, they took a look around the yard and gave us options for prices according to what we would get done. The first option was just the downed branch removal and pruning from 3 trees, the second option included that plus the removal of another tree in the yard that was partially uprooted, the third option included the first two options plus the removal of a large tree that was tipped toward the house. Of course, had we gone with the third option, they offered a $500 discount, which was great, but we just weren't in a position to have the work done (with all of this, they were again about the 2nd most affordable). We decided on TreeWise when we received the quote via email, very professionally laid out, along with proof of insurance, which is more than we received from any of the other companies, so we were sold. They didn't give us a date on when the work would be done, since they weren't quite sure, but the downed tree wasn't going anywhere haha. They called a couple days before Thanksgiving and let us know that while they had planned to be there the next day, they would be out on Monday due to the holiday; this was no big deal for us. The day they came out, there was a little confusion about what the job would include, and I was on my way out so was unable to spend a lot of time reviewing the quote again. The guys finished up in about a half day, and we were so impressed at the level of cleanup they included...not only did they remove the tree, but they also used a leaf blower on our whole yard, which had leaves piled up from the few weeks before (see photos)! Honestly, the aesthetics of the yard without the branch for a very reasonable price made us feel so great about choosing them. We received a link to pay (they also accept personal check) via email later that evening. However, we noticed that the crew forgot about one of the trees to be pruned. The guys came back a few days later to get the couple branches on that tree without issue. Will definitely use TreeWise when we're ready to get the big tree removed, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend LTRC Tree Specialists! We had a very…read morelarge pine tree in our backyard suddenly start losing bark with a large chipped out section of wood. Because we'd a pair of pileated woodpeckers make a large hole/nest in a nearby tree the previous year, our first thought was that they were at it again. The canopy on the top of the pine was green and very full but with further inspection, we discovered the tree had pine beetle damage so we knew that the tree had dead wood. We contacted multiple tree companies to come out, give us their recommendation, and provide an estimate. Some of the companies did not respond to our request while others did not respond in a timely manner. LTRC was very responsive and provided us a bid via email that was reasonable given the work that needed to be done (as well as identifying 2 other smaller trees that needed attention). We had 3 bids and decided to use LTRC as they were highly recommended by a neighbor and our subdivision had recently used them for trimming up trees. Communication with Gary McGarry (the owner) and Joy Escobedo (leader of crew and very skilled tree guy) was excellent! We were able to secure a tree removal permit from the City of Milton in a timely manner. We signed the contact and waited to get on their schedule. In the meantime, several storms with high winds came threw and the tree started breaking and leaning badly. We were concerned about safety as we often have kids come into our backyard to play in the nearby creek and treehouse. The situation became dangerous and LTRC made our project a priority and worked quickly to schedule a time that worked for all of us. The crew showed up on time and were very, very professional! They put plywood down to protect our wet lawn as they needed to bring equipment into our yard. They worked very hard to drop the tree in sections prior to the big drop and were able to drop the large section of tree perfectly so that it did not damage our property or other trees. The guys did an excellent job cleaning up and smoothing out the natural area by the tree as well as our driveway where their chipping equipment was used. LTRC was great to work with from beginning to end and we really appreciated the excellent communication prior to and the day of the work. LTRC will be the first company we call in the future!

One thing that I appreciated was that she used as much of the material that had been installed by the previous homeowner as possible. This minimized the amount of new shrubbery needed and kept the costs down. I was very pleased with the initial presentation and the No Limit crew maintained the yard completely from there on out. The owner is infectiously cordial and polite. In the spirit of truthfulness I will say that there was a small communication snag very early on. However, Holly handled the matter professionally and courteously and I was very impressed to say the least. Also, there were a couple of times where I had to follow-up about something that may not had gotten done on the last cut. They were always extremely receptive and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Throughout the season it was a pleasure to come home every other Wednesday and see that our yard had been transformed into a beautiful almost scenic oasis.
