When I went out of my way with items this afternoon to drop them off, I was met with the extremely rude and unprofessional owner who basically got mad at me for bringing them in. He said. "I don't know who you talk to, but it wasn't me and I don't do that anymore." He said he doesn't have the time to clean fur anymore and he wouldn't even look at it or consider it. Keep in mind. This is all after I was specifically told to bring it in. I told him this and he kept getting mad at me. I said "OK I'm gonna go somewhere else" and he said "OK".
