Excellent car care products! Leilani helped guide me to find a really good interior cleaner that smells amazing. I also picked up some tire cleaner and a few microfiber towels as well. If you need top quality car care products look no further. The prices are good for the quality of product too.

This is a one stop shop for everything you need to clean and detail your car from tires to interior and more. The staff always makes it a point to make sure the customer is happy and confident in leveling up their cars polished look. They have a demo cart and will show you how the products work upon request as well. The energy is great and I've only seen smiles and happy customers.

Masterson's is without a doubt my new go to shop for car detailing supplies. I came in with a handful of questions and I have to say to the customer service I received was amazing. Every time I would go to other shops with questions, I felt like they would just show me what they wanted to sell and not what I actually needed. At Masteron's however, they broke everything down for me and gave me different options to fit my budget. I will say it is best to get certain products by the gallon especially if you have more than one vehicle to wash/detail because you will end up saving more in the long run. I usually go in to purchase at least a few items because they usually give me some sort of good deal which I love!! So far all their products are great, but I definitely have to recommend the air freshener sprays because these things smell great and last a while since all you need is a few sprays. Much better than those little tree things that have such an overwhelming scent and last for only a few days. I also love their waterless wash for a quick on the go detailing. I usually keep that in my car for when I'm away from home and want to clean up my car on the quicks. Still makes my car look brand new! Thanks Masteron's ‍

The crew here is fantastic. They make the shop feel so welcoming and they're all very friendly. Greg gave me some of their hospital grade hand sanitizer for free because he saw I was using gloves in the store. I thanked him and told him I have to be extra covid cautious because of my high risk father. He genuinely seemed concerned and gave me as many details about his sanitizer ingredients. I really appreciated his generosity. Also, just gotta say, the Mexican hot chocolate odor eliminator absolutely SLAPS. It's so good! Thank you Greg and crew!

I just ordered 9 bottles of hand sanitizer earlier today. Within 1 minute Greg called me and said that he would personally deliver them for me since I was so close to the store and he did so not even an hour after I placed the order. Not saying he always does this but I am including it in my review because I truly appreciate it. That's dedication. Now onto the product, this is truly a high quality product. TikTok sent me here after months of somehow ending up on car detail TikTok. Due to Covid I tried to order for pick-up at the store, but that's not an option. I did preselect all the items I wanted online so I would stick to that list and not go crazy and buy everything once inside the store. My total through the online store came out to about $62 for 5 bottles of various product, but I happened to go on a Saturday and there was a Mercedes Benz car meet-up going on in the parking lot which meant I got a 20% discount on my purchase which brought my total to $54.25. The online price is the same as the in-store price but I recommend checking their social media or calling to see when they're having a car event because on those days they give you 20% off your purchase. The products worked well. I got a new car and am trying to take care of it and watched a video on their YouTube page on how to clean your car at the self car wash which was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I thought I'd try to save a few bucks by buying buckets, sponges at home depot and getting the grit guards "elsewhere" but it's so much more expensive elsewhere and I was trying to find similar brushes at Home Depot but it was a waste of time. It's better to just get everything while you're there as the difference in price is significant and you save time looking for sponges/brushes etc. I will say to keep the bottles upright because the next day I went to go use them and a few were leaking, but I couldn't tell from where? The caps were on snug but they weren't super tight or loose. I ended up going back Monday to get grit guards, a sponge and a bottle for dilutions but did not get the 20% discount. There is a 15% off your purchase deal if you check-in on Yelp, but when I showed Leilani she didn't know how to apply it so just go when they have a car event (at least once a month). She's really nice like everyone says! read more

wish I could leave zero stars. I came here cause it was highly recommended on Yelp but my experience couldn't be further from the truth. Came here to pick up a few things and was treated with zero customer service. The person helping me was on his phone the entire time and wouldn't even acknowledge me being in the room. To top it off the conversation he was having on the phone was super inappropriate. I hate leaving bad reviews but with an experience like this I had to. I guess the one positive thing I can say is it looked clean on the inside so I'll go one star for being clean read more

Nothing bad to say about this place. The customer service was great and even met the YouTube guy who used to work for Chemical Guys. The fact that Mastersons is literally 300 feet from my apartment too is great. They host training classes there and have just about every product you would need. I like that these guys don't over sell you. What do you need, let's package it together so we can give you a good deal and get you on your way to a cleaner car. Simple, honest work. read more

Where do I start. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Went in to buy ceramic spray. This is has to be one of the best product I've used. Applied the product after detailing my wife's suv. Product from what I've seen does enhance paints shine. Added bonus is the product will last for 6 months. And if applied after each wash it will layer up. read more

Very disappointed with all 5 products purchased at the store. The microfiber towels leave so much lint they are worthless. The detail spray streaks and adds no shine. The wax separated and was a pain to remove and the leather conditioner left the seats on my new BMW looking greasy and slippery. I watched a few videos and bought into the hype, unfortunately the products are terrible. I will be going back this weekend to return the products, let's see what happens. read more

It's puzzling. First, she looked annoyed that she had to test my battery. Then she told me to go wait and "pop my hood while I'm waiting" while she helps another lady in line behind me. My hood was already open, ready for my battery to be tested. Then she tests my battery and says "it's bad." Literally TWO WORDS. Nothing else. And as I asked her for advice she hands me the slip of paper with the percentage my battery tested at and LITERALLY WALKED AWAY FROM ME BACK INTO THE STORE. Honestly, I'm baffled. I came in & told him exactly what happened, & he was able to test my battery & confirmed that it failed the test (d'oh!) & needed to be replaced. Together we were able to choose the right one to fit the needs of my car & my budget. Abdul also installed it for me without a hitch. I felt like I didn't need to worry about a thing & that it was quite a simple task even though it was early in the morning. I came in for some headlights and I asked about their warranty & replacements for headlights. They advised me that I was able to get one replacement but most likely I had blown fuse or electrical was bad. Check the fuses and electrical and they all working condition. The light bulbs sold at oreily are cheaply manufactured and only last 3 months. I switched over to LED and haven't had any problems.

The gentleman behind the counter said he didn't know anything about it and when I pointed it out on the can he said they don't charge a deposit so he didn't know why it would say that on the can. He begrudgingly threw it away after I asked if he could toss it...and I had dropped the deposit refund. I was primarily there for a new battery so the monotone lack of effort was neither here nor there. If you aren't sure what you need, I hope you get better input and knowledge. Try to do some research before you come in to this location!

As part of their service they did a full inspection. They found some other things that they recommended I have done. There was no pressure whatsoever from them to get these things done. He even googled to see if some of the items were covered by my warranty and recommended I check with the dealer first before paying them to do the work. They use a really cool software that sends you pictures and a breakdown of each item with notes and costs. If you are thinking of going to them... DO IT! I will always bring them my cars. A+++

He was extremely rude from the start, dismissive of my questions, and made no effort to help resolve the issue. I had my mechanic call--someone far more knowledgeable about the part--to try and have a more technical conversation, but unbelievably, Ron was even ruder to him. Rather than offering assistance or guidance, his only response was, "Just send it back then. Just send it back." That's not how you treat customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when there are plenty of reputable companies like Summit Racing, OPGI, or CPP that actually value their customers and treat them with respect. Occasionally you'll have to do a little fabrication to make some stuff fit, but that just comes with the territory when building hot rods. Now I just go there when I need some stuff here and there. This is a great alternative to a lot of the other classic parts places because they always have the majority of items in stock, the prices are low, there is never a line, the quality is great, the parking is easy and the customer service is amazing. The last two times Ron has helped me. He is totally awesome and really knows his stuff. Went there today to grab some stuff for my Chevelle. Not only did Ron have the trim clips I needed, but he gave them to me for free! Thx!
