Bought a new truck and had the system installed. The wiring for the subs was shady and could've burned my amps. I messed up by leaving my truck. Instead of the correct fuses they used circuit breakers that heated up and offered no protection for my amps. Even now my 300/4 is suspect. Also, my W7 was always in the house, but when I picked my truck up, the surround had mysteriously disintegrated. Had to drop $2k+ for anew one and to have it put in the box! Had my truck rewired at a reputable shop only to find out Universal had cut into my truck body where the factory amp was *dead face* Had the amp moved and every power and ground wiring redone. System can breathe now and actually bump. I trusted Jordan and his peeps and it was my mistake to leave my truck. I'd never do that again. NVR. I won't be going back there because I don't know who worked on and cut into my truck. It's sad because I was trying to help a small shop.

I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They could have easily sold me a new tire, especially since my tires are difficult to find, but instead they fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. From now on, Tire Outlet will be the only place I take my car for tire service. They specialize exclusively in tires (so you don't have to wait while a car gets another type of lengthy repair or maintenance), know their products inside and out, have an impressive inventory, provide incredibly fast service, and, most importantly, treat their customers with honesty, care, and respect. He said they were great trustworthy guys who have been in business forever, and were well suited for this repair. I thanked him and headed right over. They are located on the southeast corner of Anaheim Blvd and E North Street. The parking lot in front is small and was mostly occupied, but there were a few spots available when I arrived at their 8am opening time. I walked in and spoke to Junior at the front desk. I explained the situation and he said they would take a look at it right away. They pulled the car into the shop, and I could see the technician looking under the hood and under the chassis. Then I heard Junior on the phone getting parts prices from their supplier. In only about ten minutes after taking my keys, he confirmed my suspicion that the exhaust manifold was cracked. He gave me a quote to replace it which seemed very reasonable. He also mentioned they would have to check to see if the catalytic converter was plugged up because any back-pressure from that could cause the same problem again. If that was the case and it needed replacing, it would cost a lot more. I crossed my fingers and told them to go ahead and start working on it. Junior called me later that afternoon, and told me they were close to finishing the job and that we could head over. He said the catalytic converter had some cracks on it, but that it should probably be fine. When we arrived at the shop, he actually showed us the broken exhaust manifold that was replaced. He also showed us some pictures they took of the cracks in the catalytic converter. It is pretty rare for any shop to actually show you the broken parts that were replaced. I'm sure a lot of less reputable shops would have blindly told me the catalytic converter had cracks and needed to be replaced. I really appreciate their honesty and concern for potentially spiraling repair costs. Junior was very friendly and personable. They inspected the car immediately upon arrival, and gave an accurate estimate quickly. Communication was great, and thankfully no further repairs were needed beyond the original estimate. It is rare to go to an auto shop and they give you two estimates XX and XXXX and you only end up paying XX, and not getting pitched a bunch of other things they recommend. Five stars all the way for Anchor Muffler.
