I have found that Dr. Brusky and his staff take great care to assure all parts of each visit leave me with the feeling that my dental care is in good hands. My work career caused moves to seven different metropolitan areas in the Eastern United States. I feel that for all families, the cost of dental care is a major concern. In the case of Dr. Brusky, I feel that the steps have been taken to carefully review treatment options as he did with a major bridge that was beginning to fail. After carefully reviewing the options he gave me the choice of either doing a complete replacement or a fix that he thought would suffice which cost a fraction of the replacement. I opted for the lower price fix, and have good success.

We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here. Now I will have to find somewhere else and wait all over again to get this done! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I got an appointment at Parc Village Dental the same week I called them. They did a stellar job and had enough time for me, no last minute excuses either. I'm glad I went here instead since they know how to schedule enough time for an appointment and keep it. I had tried another office and was going to have to wait several months to get in! I have A LOT of anxiety about going to the dentist. Even a simple cleaning stresses me out so much but I honestly felt so understood and cared for from the moment I walked in! From the front office staff to my hygienist to Dr. Schaefer there was nothing but kindness, patience and NO DENTAL SHAMING! Thank you for understanding that I need to use the nitrous oxygen to get through the appointment and not making a big deal about it. Unfortunately I had a different experience than the reviews that led me to this dentist. They do…read morefar more imaging than any other dentist I've been to, but it's very uncomfortable. They take pictures (in addition to x-rays) which is something I did not want to do as I prefer to get in and out of the dentist as soon as possible. They stick a very large flat mirror into your mouth and shoot air down it and into the back of your throat. I repeatedly asked if the pictures were absolutely necessary and said "I do not want to do this" multiple times. The assistant taking all of the pictures did not listen to me. When more than 1 staff member hears the patient saying "no", I expect that they listen. This dental practice did not meet my expectations. They were quite pushy about fluoride, with 3 people giving me the same speech about how I really should have it. Even though I explained I wanted to get in & out as soon as possible, they still kept trying to push it on me. At the end, they used a tooth shade finder that came from a cabinet and physically touched it to my tooth, and then put it directly back into the cabinet. Who knows how many mouths that's touched. I do not recommend that anyone who is scared of the dentist go here as not being listened to is very traumatic.

They have phenomenal visuals to help describe the treatment plan. It really helps put the kids mind at ease knowing what to expect. Additionally, patients are given an assortment of tools to help them be successful with their home care. It is hard enough for children to keep their teeth clean without braces but the staff took an adequate amount of time to explain how to be proactive with their home care additionally explaining the consequences of poor oral health with braces. At one of our visits I watched Dr. Tomassetti interact with a fearful child (not my own). I couldn't help but laugh at her reaction when she realized the procedure was done. My experience was amazing and yes, I am talking absolutely it my routine dental cleaning and exam. The hygienist was so friendly and down to earth. The practice is nice, clean and modern. The dentist was SO friendly. For the first time ever I was told everything looked great (with the exception of a cracked crown) and I did not need any additional "work". Regarding the cracked crown...the dentist said he recommended a longer appointment to have the tooth fixed and a small cavity next to it fixed. When I asked about a temporary crown I was informed that I would be leaving with my permanent that day!!! This dentist makes his own crowns, everything taken care of at once! I was overjoyed to hear this and also impressed with needing only one more appointment. I would definitely suggest this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
