It's going to cost me 3,000 dollars to have a root canal and a crown because this woman shouldn't be allowed to practice. I went to Van Miller's office immediately and asked her to pay my 3,000 dollar bill that she caused but I got sent away. My wife had 2 crowns fall out last year that Dr. Van Miller put in. My wife had to seek emergency dentistry from a real dentist who charged thousands to fix Van Miller's work. Van Miller's office actually cut my wife a 2,000 dollar check to reimburse her so she could get her teeth fixed. Dr. Van Miller is the absolute worst dentist I've ever encountered and should have her license revoked. Van Miller is stealing from insurance companies in my opinion and should be investigated for fraud!

My work career caused moves to seven different metropolitan areas in the Eastern United States. I feel that for all families, the cost of dental care is a major concern. In the case of Dr. Brusky, I feel that the steps have been taken to carefully review treatment options as he did with a major bridge that was beginning to fail. After carefully reviewing the options he gave me the choice of either doing a complete replacement or a fix that he thought would suffice which cost a fraction of the replacement. Staff gives conflicting answers on how this could be remedied, none of which are correct. The hygenist that I was assigned to, is not patient friendly. She complains that her shoulders ache because of the angle of the chair that is comfortable to me. When I contact the office and ask not to be scheduled with this hygenist, they reschedule the appointment to a later date but with this same hygenist. Appointments are hard to get, they clearly have the facility to serve more patients but it is under utilized. When I recently (in person) inquired if I had any outstanding payments and notified them to close my account, I was assured that it was taken care of. One month later they are renewing the supplemental dental insurance policy I purchased from them in the past. Ugggghhh.

We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. Please call our office at 920-437-3376 to let us know if this works for you.  Are you kidding me!? The day before my appointment and suddenly there is a "short amount of time"? This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here.
